Cast iron is not painted, but this one after first use is like the paint is coming off, I don’t know what will happen after a few more uses, had high hopes from trust basket but this is disappointing

The fire pit is not bad. However, the main point is that it does not look exactly as that shown in Amazon. We have received a shiny painted light-weight metal pot, that rests on a three-legged stand. Neither the pot nor the stand look like their photos in Amazon. Apart from this, the device works fine, and we have enjoyed our fire indoor. We have used finely-chopped dry mango wood sticks, about 8 inches long, similar to those used in Hawan. They worked fine in this device.

This product is not very strong. The stand is like a toy, so light. Returned the product as I was not convinced that this thing will last longer.
