I really hoped that when I bought I won’t get the same damage like the earlier reviews but alas I had received a damaged product, even the technician told that it is constantly has this flaw, I guess it’s not advisable to buy air-conditioner online…

Product is running very good. Most worst experience by the installation boys. They insisted hard to purchase extra length of pipe and other related items where there were the supplied pipe was adequate. They compelled us to install it somewhere at their advantage which is not supposed to be. They came to install it at 5.30 am where in the apartment we had to face complain about it. I would like to request Blue Star to inquire about the installation franchisee where the company is depending on them from where the are misleading their customers which in turn may impose a negative impact on its customers in future. Otherwise the product is running satisfactorily.

2 days se ac ghar per hai but abhi tak blue star ke taraf se koi nahi aaya ac lagwane very bad service call kro to phone pick nahi krte plz kisi ko bhej k ac lagwa dijiye nahi to mai order cancell kr dunga

I am begging don’t buy this product from Amazon. They are sending all defect pieces. I have replaced 2 AC. The installation charge the will not reverse. I am fighting with them still. My ample request to you people

First things first it a nice Ac for room size of 140 sqft and loaded with furniture as the space will reduce further there by increasing the effectiveness
I’m really mocked done by one of the picture posted by seller which shows outdoor unit as inverter ! Which is not it comes with fixed set up
cooling really fast it you using it for couple hours to lower temperature you can go for it

Very bad experience……in the indoor unit water leakage started after installation and very lethargic response by the installation team
The installation was done on 26th June but I am still struggling to get the problem resolved. After few daus Inwas told that some part is damaged which needs to be replaced.
I carried a very good impression for Amazon and Blue star but it miserably failed my expectation.
I need to install 2 more AC’s but now no more Amazon for such items and no more Blue star for me.
