    Product may be very good. But no proper installation team. Don’t believe in this amazon also which says product will be installed in 2 days from the day of delivery. 4 days completed from delivery and no installation happened yet. I think I should start doing Pooja to the product waiting for delivery

    Absolutely value for money. Cooling is awesome. Even on 27 deg set temperature you can stay comfortable. I fix this in 155sq. Ft room and cooling is just perfect. You will never feel like it over cool or temperature rise. It maintain set temperature impressively. Noise you can feel when on high speed fan mode and after some time you will not even notice it but on auto mode there is no noise from in door unit. Even out door unit is quiet 🤫. So simple looking ac but does its job well. Remote also very easy reading even old age person can operate easily. It is quiet expensive than other ac in this range but its worth it. If you dont believe then buy it. You get 15 days to exchange or return it. One thing keep in mind while getting installation done please buy your own stand for out door ac unit which cost hardly 250 but these guys charge 700rs. Even extra copper pipe buy from outside 145rs per feet. Fitting charges for extra pipe 100 rs per feet and with this you will save atleast 2000rs in installation. They supply only 3 mtr copper pipe and no drain pipe. So buy everything before installation. And monitor this installation guys as sometimes they left job undone. I am enjoying my ipl and while watching it keeps me cool all the way. Kudos. One more thing it uses 32R gas which is one more add on.

    I extermely liked this product. It has R32 refrigerant which is eco-friendly and more efficient than the R410A. Also the Annual Power Consumption is very less which is the benefit rarely found in the Air Conditioners nowadays.
    The main issue is, that the company(Carrier) was displaying free installation service till 31st March, on 15th March. But today, the 16th of March, 2019, they simply removed the service. This is a major issue faced by many customers. Even without informing the customer about the end of the service, they removed it. This needs to stop!
    If the company still reverts back to the free installation service, I will definitely make up my mind in order to buy the product.

    I am using this Air Conditioner from last 5 months and I am really happy with this product.
    The installation was on time, I have just called them and booked an appointment.

    The main part of the Air conditioning system is its energy efficiency, and I am submitting the photos of my electric meter (Its a sub meter but I have cross checked the reading on main meter also)also so you guys can see the actual electric consumption of this model.

    It consumes 1-2 units for 8 hrs of usage at 26 degree celsius on Auto mode, noice level is zero and the product is value for money.

    AC delivered yesterday ..installed today and not working …some default that even after 6 hours of cont effort …the person could not fix it ..I need a replacement..the Amazon team has refused to even register my complaints and no complaint number has been given ….it’s easy to take a product online but then you become a beggar for trusting this team …I await a resolution and a replacement at the earliest

    Very good one, Chills my 140 Square feet room very quickly. Noise level is in very acceptable range no issue for me. Installation scheduled by Amazon and performed by Carrier . No issue because I had the holes for pipes already. Installation persons themselves cleaned the room after installation. since it is inverter AC they even didn’t pushed me to buy an stabilizer. Installation price is 500 at last and happy that everything went smoothly. Received AC on 31 March and got installed on 2nd April.
    Since it is only 2 days by now I don’t know about the electricity consumption, I will write it after I receive the bill.

    Hope you’re safe and healthy during this uncertain and unprecedented time.

    We are really Sorry to share with you, Reference to the complaint of Carrier 1.5Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC unit with model no- 18K 5 STAR ESKO NEO-1 HYBRIDJET INVERTER R32 SPLIT AC with S. No-500704707202000378 shared in the mail trail first of all despite a manufacturing defect in the Outdoor Unit it wasn’t replaced by you.
    Based on the Complaint registered by us with respect to Non Cooling initially your Technician team has visited and verified that the Gas has been leaked.
    Thereafter another team was deputed to cross check the reason for the leakage and resolve the same. Once that team cross checked the unit they verified that the leakage is in the input Valve. First of all I can’t imagine if it’s a new product how come the valve can get leaked that too within hardly 11 days of operation. It’s a clear issue of manufacturing defect.
    Let me share with you that I am also a Regional Sales Manager and represent a Spanish Lighting Brand- “LEDS C4” in India. Prior to that I was an assistant Manager in Osram. Whenever we face such issues of manufacturing to maintain the goodwill & prestige of the Brand that we are representing we straight away go with the replacement. I didn’t expect to face such issues & poor service quality from such a reputed Brand like Carrier.
    The kind of service support that has been offered was pathetic. He states it’s not a manufacturing defect, it’s a failure in part. Further He says we can just fix the issue by replacing the Valve and can guarantee this issue won’t arise in the next coming 5 years.
    Since my wife was hospitalized and we were expecting a baby within 1-2 days we were stuck in Hospital, So just re-confirmed with him will the replacement will lead to proper functioning of the unit. he confirmed that’s only the issue and once replaced it will be working for next 4-5 years and i can guarantee you won’t face problem with respect to valve or leakage of the gas. With no option left we granted him the approval.

    Issue was resolved at that moment and the unit started performing in the fashion it should as a newly purchased product after replacement of that valve. But it lasted for hardly 15-20 days. From 20th of this month the unit again stopped cooling. When we again filed the complaint and the Technician visited for the inspection of the unit on 25-07-2020, He declared that Gas has been leaked out again. Thus Sir it’s a reason it’s behaving like a cooler.
    And says another team will come and will check the same and will do the needful that includes checking of the leakage or faulty part and re-filling of the gas.

    Thus it was a new product manufactured in February, 2020 and delivered at my flat on 13th June, 2020. Then a untrained team of installer Mr. Alam (M:- 9315197173) & Mr. Nadim Ahmed (M:- 8800148786) from Reliable Care Sale & Service installs the same that functions hardly for 9 days and Gas gets leaked on the 10th Day. Then when the complaint is filed by us they ask to connect with Carrier Team and later on when Carrier Team re-sends them to get the case resolved they try to weld the valve. When we caught them red-handed then we asks them to leave the unit in the same condition.
    Further after connecting with Carrier Team again then carrier team comes to resolve it and in spite of replacing the faulty outdoor unit changes the Valve Unit and refills the Gas.
    That too functions hardly for 15-20 days and after 20th June the unit stops cooling. Again after filling out the complaint Technician team visits again and confirms that gas has leaked again. I am not able to imagine whether I had purchased a Cooler or what that at an interval of 10-15 days a technician will come with a valve unit and Gas to refill it. Please share one reason why we should not ask for replacement of the unit.

    Also would like to share, When I had personally cross checked the Indoor Unit I noticed there is leakage in the pipeline of Indoor unit as well. Relevant snaps and video have been taken by me for record.
    I had clearly shared with your team that I don’t want your bloody Gas filling and valve replacement service. It’s hardly a month since the unit was installed and we have faced the issue 2-3 times of faulty valve, Gas Leakage, again gas leakage, leakage in indoor unit.
    The failure is coming when it’s the month of June and July when the maximum temperature is just 35degree. What will happen in the month of April to June when the average temperature remains around 45 degree.

    Thus it’s Clear notice to the Carrier Service Team that I can’t continue with this refurbished unit. I want replacement of both the units- Outdoor as well as Indoor unit that too within 2-3 days.
    In case again gas filling and part replacement would be offered to us in place of replacement of the complete unit I will be bound to put it legally.
