On un packing front flap was found broken that after lot of chating Hidden has replace but the new one is not cutting properly and new AC looks old and gap can be seen in the flap and body from one side

Product quality of Godrej acs very poor. I purchased one 3 years ago. Had to junk it and go for a reputed brand. Godrej is cheap , Chinese product with killer service.
