Not a good product and fan noise is very very very high even low speed
If u dont want to sleep in the night then go for this cooler & do not buy this item and highly not recommended
after several call and lot of follow up with Amazon have accepted to return this item. if you think to buy cooler and expect to return the same in 1 day it will very very huge headache & amazon customer care fellows will torcher you any think like in life ( so keep that in mind ) , First two to three days customer care fellows keep on telling me that we dont have option to return the cooler & how ever if u want we will replace new one after geting the report bajaj service guy ( You have call bajaj customer care too ). by mistake if operated the cooler in side the room in the night and morning you will be dead by the way , because it will such huge hot effect in the room & but product made such way that purpose indoor use cooler . so think you have to provide the space on your window for same with electrical plug point.
Purchased on 05/05/19 and after so many follow up calls with amazon care returned on 15/05/19

Size is very small. Smaller than expected. But performance is good. Gives good cooling but size is very small.. if I went for shopping in a store i would not buy it.

Product review:
1. As one or more other users have noted in their own reviews, the water started leaking all over the floor. This started barely 4 days after I started using it.
2. The opening for refilling water is extremely poorly designed!
3. It makes quite a racket!
4. For all that racket, it doesn’t really deliver the cooling it’s supposed to. Even the small rooms I used it in did not cool as much as it should have.
5. The manuals sent with the instrument was for a more advanced model, not the one I bought.
Summary:
A lousy product. I have never had a particularly high opinion of Bajaj products, but despite that, I bought this thing. Never a Bajaj product again.

As always, the delivery was very smooth and timely. The delivery personnel were very professional, polite, and courteous. The same with the pick-up personnel assigned from DHL.
And the refund from Amazon was super-prompt.

Pls don’t buy any bajaj related things.
Customer support is worrest like any thing. They promise to come on one day they will not come and again we need to give compaint…… Same procedure
Pls buy other products if it is like little bottle costly.

Very much dissatisfied with the product. Water gets leaked out while the pump is running. The issue started after 10 days of usage. Now i don’t have an option to contact customer care also. I suggest everyone to not to buy and go for other company products. waste of money also.

Just recieved the product and when we on it ,seems like the fan is touching the front grills and making noise.So I booked a complaint for service now.Please follow up on my complaint request and solve this problem.It is like we brought the product but nothing use ,kept it aside since it need get repaired and fix.
