Just after one use, it didn’t gave enough cooling. It started giving warm feels like it fan motor coils everything got damaged just after one use…5500 bucks feels like getting wastage…feels like i am getting robbed by amazon…pathetic product from a company like havells
Looks like i have recieved old refurbished one…..got myself fooled by amazon….the product has some dirt and stains all over its body

THE AIR COOLER RECEIVED IN THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY DAUGHTER AT 5TH.PHASE, JP NAGAR,BENGALURU- 560078 INTIME WITH GOOD PAKING. BUT AFTER UNBOXING IT US REPOTED THE THIN PLASTIC COVER FOR WATER INLET IS PRESSED SHOWING A GAP.

Cooling is great and effective. Light weight and easy usage. Bought the model with remote – tuono-i however remote doesn’t have a great range but might be useful while you are sleeping and don’t wanna step out of your bed. Would definitely recommend

I am writing this review after using the cooler for more than a month now.
This fits well for usage in small to medium sized bedroom very well. Don’t expect AC chilling but you can sleep comfortably.
Noise level is okay if you don’t pay more attention to it, no cooler in this world performs silent operation
The more cold water you maintain in tank, the more cool air you get. I frequently stack the ice chamber.
Full tank will lost upto 7 hours of run time
I use it in living room as well but not much use unless you keep it very near to you
Go for it without any hesitation.

It is a horrible product to start off with.
Havells! Please stick to wires only. You don’t have the competency to make anything else. For the first time I have bought anything apart from symphony cooler and I regret my decision to the core.
There is a water spray which always starts the moment the cooler is switched on, the water sprinkles for couple of minutes as a ritual.
Faulty pad and the positioning of the holes!
Waste of money, have some shame.

Just sprays water. Horrible cooler. No cool air and sounds like a generator. No person would use this. Can’t even return.
