dont buy for a family ..just as bachelor for small single room it would be enough..the fan speed is slow even at high mode…design is good but performance is not at all inline with price

I have started using this cooler and here are my experience.
As per the product description, it should be SILENT performance however you will still feel that noise. Once you switch off the cooler you will be relaxed with no noise.
They also advertise saying 4 filters [Bacteria, smell, PM2.5 wash, allergy], don’t go by this assumptions. They do not have anything such like that. It’s just a fan and mesh around it. Water will flow through mesh and fan will try to push that air.

Pros,
lightweight, good result within 6500 price,airflow is good, noise is not very silent but low,
Cons,
This product will not work of you have hard water,i had serviced this product 3 times within 1 year mainly pump that gets fail everytime after using hard water
Product page claimed that “Fully Closable Louvers” but this is not true,
Also symphony claiming “Dust filter,smell filter,allergy filter,bacteria filter” but i hardly found only two inside it,
Also, the product does not contain any manual within it,so you don’t have any maintenance instruction or installation process

This model do not have no I pure technology as claimed by Mnufacturer. It has only Twenty five(25) However the have fixed samples (size 6 square Inch/each )of 4 different filters as advertised are screwed at the top of the fan ( in active area).This I ciame to know recntly when I cleaned the inside for mouthballing it after lmost 5 months of Use. I did not expect this sort of wrong advertisement & claim by Symphony Brand ???.
Also the drain is provided with soft rubber plug,which after one use is to be thrown away .They cn Improv on it.

It’s good for cooling small rooms. In a larger room you will need to keep it close to yourselves to get the cool breeze. It looks very good and stylish.
We haven’t used the ice cube feature. It cools very well without it also.
Water tank is in a smaller side. Will have to be refilled every second or third day.

Cool breeze …. I got 4500 at sbi discount sale in Amazon …. Very good… Sufficient for a small bed room 120 sqt and we 5 people including kids…. Water once filled fully lasts for two nights Our place chennai is hot and humidity in night is more than 70 …. Still it cools decently ( I used only ordinary water not cold water) …. For God sake please don’t compare it with AC …. A cooler just makes u don’t feel the heat … This is 500 times better than a ordinary fan … Very light weight…. I can easily move it near tap and fill and easily move it back to any place u want even wen water is full…
