Mixer grinder and two jars were found missing when package opened.I have raised the request for replacement.Hopefully get replaced.

Absolutely shocked! I just used the mixer once. Just put some fried onions, soaked cashews and almonds and some water. It works for a few seconds and that’s it. Doest work!! Just doesn’t work. Defective piece?? I didn’t pay for a defective piece right? And my bad, I used the product for the 1st time after a month. So looks like I just wasted 3200 bucks.

Kindly check before delivery there is lots of defect in the product from next time I am not going to buy any product again worst experience on this product kindly improve it

When I opened the product isn’t sealed I thought it was checked but after seen warranty label it was tampered and checked 3 month but I bought in 7th month and next coming to brand label seems like duplicate and no registered mark ,as it’s so poorly printed and isn’t as same as in pictures shown in above after that I got to know it was used. Awful experience with butterfly and Amazon

Pathetic item. A customer like me who always refers Amazon to everyone is truly disappointed by this product. This product has lots of problems. And since Jan end iam trying to reach refunds and exchange team but no results. I am definitely disappointed with this.

I think there are better products available in market than this one. Reasons
1. The jar closing lid will comeup automatically and create accidents ( horrible scenarios) we faced it many time during the chutney grinding time ( see the video)
2. The noise level is pretty high and it disturbs the entire house ( I haven’t seen that in my previous philips mixer)
3. Tried reaching their customer support number.. no response.
4. The nuts and bolts used inside the jar looks cheaper grade steel to me

Today my mother lost part of her finger while using this blender. The lid of the masala mixer just flew out and caused her fingers to get cut. If you are using this blender please be careful and DO NOT PUT YOUR HAND ON THE LID !
This is a serious safety flaw with the product and should be addressed by the company before someone else loses their fingers.
