Poor quality built. Got this on 21st January 2018. Yesterday i.e., on 2.02.2018 the blade of the smaller bowl suddenly broke and came out while my mother was working on it. and fortunately she was saved. I have attached a photo of the broken blade and the fall out part. It was so risky.

I bought this because Lifelong sandwich maker which I bought earlier has a superior quality. But this mixer has really disappointed me. This is a totally unsafe appliance.
1. When you fix the pot and run it they start to rotate if you are not holding them tightly. So you can’t leave the mixer unattended for a second else pots will swing into the air. This is really dangerous.
2. Bottom of pots are made of plastic, which usually are solid metals in other branded mixers. Eventually those are going to have wear and tear and will loose its grip in the mixer slot.
Returned the mixer in 30 mins.

I’m writing this review after using it for more than one year. This mixer grinder is of average quality. The jar lids are of poor quality and when closing the lids they pop out in a few seconds, have to keep holding the lids by hand to keep the jars closed during grinding. Initially I didn’t hold the lids tightly by hand and whatever I was grinding flew out of the jars messed up my kitchen. I realized now looking at some of the photos posted by other buyers that the manufacturer did not provide the rubber gaskets for the lids in my box. That’s why I have been struggling to use this mixer. This mixer motor needs a lot of effort for dry and wet grinding and the motor turned off in less than 2 minutes several times in the last year alone. This is a waste of money for this grinder. Also several of the reviews are fake as you will get a small card in the box that if you give positive review the manufacturer will give 6 months extended warranty, hence I maybe like others was fooled into buying this mixer looking at the reviews. So don’t get fooled. Spend a little more money and buy from well known brands for peace of mind.

Got this product ( price 2499😁) for 999 from Cloudtail.
This was a Diwali gift for my help.
1. It came in a brown carton. MRP printed on it is 2499. (It’s such a big joke, I haven’t been able to stop laughing ever since I checked out the product.)
2.The machine is in white colour though the color mentioned on the carton is grey.
3. The three jars are much smaller in comparison to the ones of good brands like Philips, Panasonic, or Havells.
4. The quality of the steel is outright cheap. So much so that they look whiter than the normal ‘steely’ steel.
5. The jars are thin-walled.
6. The three lids are not of any great quality either.
7. The entire thing was packed in a small packaging box of roughly 15×9 inches. 5 ltr Prestige cookers come in a bigger packaging.
8. This thing wouldn’t cost you more than 750. I’ve seen Singer mixies selling for 999. So the MRP and the huge discount offered is a big hogwash.
9. I can’t comment on the noise or the durability.
10. I don’t who’s cheating-Amazon or Cloudtail or Lifelong.
Or whom- us or the tax department.

UPDATE: 4 Jan 19
So finally I have received a replacement of the defective jar ! I am not sure if This is the result of my review or their good customer service. It could be both or the review so friends I will suggest to never hesitate to voice your complaint
But at the end of it all I am a satisfied customer since my complaint was resolved. So I am going to add two more stars.
This product is between 3 and 3.5 stars, if I consider the price at which it is available in daily lightning deals. I will give 1 star extra for their CC. It is an average quality product but if their customer service is good it is an good option in the budget section.
My original review 👇
I am writing this review after using the mixer grinder for the past 3 months.
At the price it is being offered regularly in lightning deal almost daily, I wasn’t expecting great quality and the set actually looks like a budget category mixer grinder.
The grinder is average in build quality.
The lids of the jars are medium quality plastic. The rubber seal is below average and has rough unfinished edges. You need to press the lid down while grinding happens or else be ready for some splashes and a painted kitchen 🙄
The steel body of the jars has sharp rim and is ok in thickness.
The first few times I used it, there was lot of burning smell and I washed and rinsed it many times to get rid of the grease in the rotating blade.
The motor is powerful but noisy.
I used the wet/ dry grinding jar more frequently and after 3 months some metal part started breaking off and coming into the batter.
When two huge pieces of yellowish metal came out and the rotating blade became loose and I couldn’t use the grinder I contacted the customer care.
Since there was emphatic assurance of support from the CC i had called up their number and I was told to send a mail to their official email ID
There was a prompt reply and somebody came to inspect the damage.
But after that there were two to three calls from their end and they kept enquiring if someone had come.
And then I received a mail that my ticket has been closed as my complaint has been resolved.
Well, nothing ever was done to correct the problem or replace the unit and the ticket was closed.
There has been no response ever since I replied to that mail and requested to open the ticket again and asked for an appropriate action.
So friends, the customer care support is just a gimmick and no resolution happens to issues if any.
Also, they tempt the customers with an offer for extension of warranty for another 6 months if we give them a five star rating !!
The ratings you see here is the result Of this marketing strategy for a below average product.
Hope my review is helpful to you.
Thanks for reading it.

Quality is cheap as is the price. Even the lids don’t fit well and liquid/ semi liquid splashes out during use. Lid material is cheap plastic. Can’t be sure whether it is food grade or otherwise!
