Overall Mixer grinder quality Not good, all jars plastic materials not good and very low quality.
My suggestion is not to go for this product since not reliable for longer durations.
But amazon delivery was very good and supportive customer care.
Don’t go this try other models it’s quantity looks like very local/cheap product (wasn’t expected from Prestigious Prestige Product)

This product os making heavy noise. Please don’t buy this item. No one is helping us to return the item…waste of money…waste of time… Customer support rep was very rude…even am also a supervisor in cs. But this guys behaviour is very rude! DON’T BUY THIS ITEM GUYS….PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL GIVE YOU OFFEES TO SELL SUCH WORTHLESS PRODUCTS

The plastic quality is not of to quality
I received it without the Amazon packaging, this is the first time ever.
The grinder had scratches and a few stains.
Very dissapointed with the way it was delivered_——–
Edit & Updating after 20 days,
It heated and burnt with smoke,
Have registered a complaint.

The media could not be loaded.
 Product seems like used one. There are plenty of scratches on jars and mixers as you can see in attached pictures. Except packing everything was worst. It is better to go showrooms or supermarkets and buy directly rather than get cheated by this people this way. Did not expected that product will arrive like this. Worst experience. Worst product.

-the cap of juicer is loose.
– you have to hold the cap tightly when operating else the material will spill over all your kitchen walls. Happened with me.
– Noise levels are at another level.
– the plastic quality is cheap.
By putting 2k extra, I bought another one from panasonic. Works like a charm. From plastic quality to safety mechanism( the mixer won’t start if the cap is not locked properly) it is way better.

EITHER IT IS THE SELLER’S FAULT AND THEY SOLD US A BAD PIECE OR IT IS THE COMPANY’S FAULT ITSELF. THE KNOB CONTROLLING SPEED OF THE MIXIE WENT BAD BY JUNE 3, 2021 AFTER WORKING SINCE MAY 14 WHEN I WAS DELIVERED. PRESTIGE IS SUPPOSED TO BE A GOOD BRAND BUT THIS IS THE TRUTH OF WHAT HAPPENED. I SUPPOSE THERE WILL BE NO REMEDY AS USUAL FOR US. WILL GO TO BUY ANOTHER BRAND INSTEAD OF TRUSTING IN SO-CALLED ‘GOOD’ BRANDS.

If you are buying bcz of the juicer dnt buy it. It’s totally waste of money. Nobody tells u bt I will, it grinds the seeds as well whic makes the juice bitter. So eventually every fruit juice will taste like bitter gourd juice. Definitely not worth the money. Just treat it as a mixer grinder and if you are planning to buy mixer go for else never buy this product. I hve ordered new manual juicer and planning to dump this one where all the not used products are stored.
