बहुत ही घटिया अनुभव हुआ है? मैंने इस प्रोजेक्ट को 18/07/2022 को रात में आडर किया था और उसी समय पेमेंट भी कर दिया था ! यह प्रोजेक्ट मुझे 20/07/2022 को करीब बारह बजे तक मिल गया ! सिर्फ एक दिन में ही !
इसे 21/07/2022 को इंस्टॉल किया तो इस सामग्री में तकनीकी खराबी के कारण मेरे डीवीआर को सपोर्ट नहीं कर रहा था ! आप के तकनीकी टीम से बात करने के बाद उन्होंने कहा कि यह सामान वापस कर पैसे ले लें।
जब मैंने वापिस के लिए अनुरोध किया तो 24/07/2022 का सीड्यूल किया और वापस लिया गया ! वादा किया कि 3-5 दिनों के अंदर पैसे वापस हो जायेगा!
आज 27/07/2022 के दिन तक प्रोडक्ट मर्चेंट के पास नहीं पहुंचा है ! और न ही मेरा पैसे रिफंड मिला है !
पैसे वापस होने के बाद ही उसी पैसे से स्थानीय बाजार से मैं वहीं प्रोजेक्ट को खरीद सकता हूं !
लेकिन अमेज़न के कर्मचारियों के निक्कमापन के कारण ग्राहकों को परेशानी झेलनी पड़ती है !

3.5 mm Audio output port was mentioned in the description but it was not available in the monitor delivered to me. Hence I have to return it back. Thanks to Amazon custome care for facilitating me in the return process.
As a monitor it is good choice in this price range.

At first it was a bit unpleasant to eyes but once you adjust the screen brightness and colours according to u it will be great. Response time is fast.., although shows some flickering on black background. But it is value for money.

I have been using a 18 ” Dell monitor, for the last nine years and was fully satisfied with the durability and quality of Dell . So I had no hesitation to go for Dell again when I needed a replacement for my 9 year old monitor.
The item arrived in tact, well packed with all accessories including both HDMI and VGA connector cables. Since my Desktop has an hdmi video port, I had connected this monitor to hdmi port and the videos are perfect. It works fine for me , no flickers or fading of colour. Overall brightness is a bit short, however it is quite adequate for my needs. I have been watching the Euro football matches live on this monitor for last couple of days, it gives good display , colour and clarity fir the Sony LIV transmissions.

Its controls are on the bottom side of front panel and is very easy to use. The monitor comes with a stand and it can be tilted to suit your viewing angle.
Overall a good experience.Hope Dell keeps its durability for this product also like the earlier one which I had used for almost 9 years.
