I own a HP Laser Printer for one floor of my office. I own a Brother Laser Printer for one floor. For my new floor, I got this one. Unfortunately the ink/toner cartridge is two times as expensive. This is not something I was expecting. So i Kind of regret my purchase. In functionality there is no issue. I own a coworking office in Noida so we have to make sure we have plenty of ink handy and this is just too expensive to maintain and run. Will update in 2 months.

Very good and affordable laser printer. What I like and don’t like about HP MFP 136FNW laser printer
Good
1. Not too heavy, occupies small space.
2. Easy to install and operate. Works well with wireless network (Wi-Fi).
3. Print quality and copier works well.
4. ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) works really good.
Bad (Need Improvement)
1. Scanner does not work with Wi-Fi, need to connect to USB every time for scanning of documents.
2. Highest scan resolution is just 300 dp, better if it would have been upto 600 dp.
3. Refresh at startup takes a little bit time.

I was surprised how easy it was to setup and print! Start the printer, point to WiFi and bam it’s ready to go! My dad who’s much older and not a tech person was able to print from his iPhone right off! And for a laser printer, the black ink is pretty dark even on lighter pages.

Great printer. Took 10 minutes to unpack and 5 minutes to set up which only requires plugging it in, connecting to laptop using the USB cable and downloading the driver and scanning software from the HP website. The printer is detected automatically as soon as the driver is installed. Also install the HP Smart app and plugin app on your mobile and follow the instructions to print documents and pictures from mobile to the printer it is connected to your wifi using the printer display panel wizard. Took another 5 minutes to get everything working just fine. Scanning using the ADF or flatbed is a breeze. Go for the ADF model because it allows scanning and printing legal size documents also in addition to the usual A4. Overall an unbeatable printer below Rs 20k. Yet to try out the fax.

installation was easy and manageable. the print quality is good and fast. I found this to be the best as per the price is concerned.

From the day I purchased the product, it is giving me trouble, the print quality was very bad, raised a complaint at the company, after repetitive calls a technician came and advised us to change the cartridge as the company provides only a sample cartridge which works only 30% capacity. So we purchased a new cartridge valued at rs. 5500 approx. But still the problem is the same. I am very disappointed with the HP services and product. It’s a waste of money for me. Kindly either give me my full refund, or replace it with a brand new product.

Toner refill may be a problem as it’s mould type
