Product looks genuine and quality is good. It’s nice to have battery indicator as I don’t remember to charge trimmer quite often . And I feel that my box had already open before delivery. Had 2 stickers on it. And found water on trimmer blade. I haven’t use it yet. Reset you can watch video . And can get some idea how product is going to look like and work. Rest all the best on your purchase . Either you can purchase it from store I hope they have it there at same price.

Have used several clippers, trimmers & detailers from philips, norelco and wahl so am quite experienced abt these.. and I gotta say this is an excellent piece. Quality build, fine cutting, with no uncomfortable sharpness. Feels heavy and premium in hand. The adjustment piece works well for different lengths. There’s a slightly cheaper model without the digital battery level display.. I’d avoid that.. this is worth the extra spend. Blindly go for it.. its no-nonsense, great quality and performance, and better than other trimmers around.. at a great price. An all rounder!

It may be useful for beard but for moustache it’s not a good product. And am very unsatisfied for that and am unable to return it as well.
Am actually fan of Mi, but this time I really unsatisfied.
The shape also straight, I feel it’s very tough to use.
I am really feeling worried about it and am not getting what to do now.

Bought this because I keep losing Phillips trimmer chargers. This has USB charging and can be washed, looks sleek etcetera but it is much worse at trimming than a phillips which retails at half the price. Takes 5-8 passes to trim an area, other trimmers did this at a single pass. So ends up taking much more time. Also noticed some unevenly trimmed spots. Usability and design are indeed excellent but what use are they if it sucks at its primary purpose i.e. trimming. Won’t buy again.

very nice trimmer feel good in hand precise trimmer on each cut, dial quality is very good mat finish super 👍. Low noise compare to cheap trimmer no heat I felt while using it for 10min no hair stuck while using it that mean it has sharp blade. No irritation feels while using it without attachment.

This trimmer doesn’t have a trimming lock for its lenght setting wheel. This means that once we set the trimming length, there is a good chance that the trimmer may go to zero setting accidentally, either by the wheel turned while using or while putting the conb back on after cleaning it. This is a basic feature and I have no idea why it isn’t there. I have ordered replacement but I have least expectations

Having being a Philips trimmer user since like forever, I hesitantly decided to make this purchase and shift to a “new” brand for my next trimmer.
It arrived on time so +1 for the quick delivery.
First things first – the box itself. The orange colored compact box gives a premium feel and dominates other in the segment.
Post unboxing, the trimmer itself comes with loads of essential accessories – a tiny brush, a hi-quality pouch that has a soft touch to it, a USB type C cable (that indeed out pass the cables included in smartphone boxes) and an extra tip comb that feels high grade plastic.
Speaking off the elephant in the room itself, the first thing that caught my attention was the highly polished body that has a slight matte finishing to it.
Right on the center is an LED display that shows the battery percentage. It came with 65% right off the box. Yet to check battery performance though.
The level regulator (10 levels) comes as a round dial kinda look and rotating it gives a satisfying feedback.
Although I haven’t tested it for longer durations but by far, this trimmer gives me the confidence of it being lasting longer than or as I expect.
