I received a defective product. It never starts washing. Only spin and other dry options are working. The main purpose of the machine is not working
Got a replacement product, it is working fine. I’m using tide pods as my detergent, clothes are really getting clean wash. Happy with the machine.
Note that no one comes for washing machine installation for replacement product. We have to install it by ourselves

I want to service my product due to noise but there is no service information and no one connect to this for servicing because its show only service but no one handle this
Installation servicing is also very poor

We bought this in Bengaluru, and are totally satisfied with the washing machine as well as, more importantly, the installation and demonstration by the Amazon technician. Smooth and would but this in other locations too – when it comes available.

I bought it on festival season, got it at 11000/-. At this price the machine is a great deal. It works smoothly and washes all type of clothes. We use it daily and no issue till now.
The program mods are just enough for daily wash cycle. During power failure the machine sleeps and resume it work when the power is back.
You can manually set the wash program also.
Only issue with the manual spin timing, there is no adjustment for that, it will spin for 9min.
It is possible to fill water manually if you use start/pause button cleverly during manual wash program.
If you fix the machine on floor it wont vibrate and wont produce much noise. I noticed that high noise level during wash cycle low noise during rinse and spin.
Adding clothes one by one and pressing them will help to balance the drum during operation.
I use Surf Excel (NORMAL and machine wash) has no issue. There is no leftover powder even after quick wash. I always put the powder on dedicated compartment. If you put powder directly to fabric or drum it wont mix well.
Adding fabric conditioner also easy, always pour into the dedicated slot. It will be used in the last rinse.
Using the machine for last two months and has no issues till now.
I installed the machine myself with extended inlet and outlet pipes. If you plan to install yourself, just remove the bottom plastic cap and thermocol first. Never turn on the machine before removing the cap and thermocol. Then install the rat cover and you are ready to go.
