Very quiet and excellent wash quality. Evident that year’s of research and improvements have gone in it.
Details like water intake alternatively from front and back, drum design help achieve the quality of wash.
Some programs are too long to use practically.

Installation service along with product. Do not select default 0 fee installation service. Register separately with BOSCH and get it done. In our case clamp was not remove so it was vibrating heavily. It may damage other. So please get everything genuine. Happy Washing.

Installation of the washing machine NEVER happened because the service executive:
1) He Never kept the appointment time.
2) On arrival, he curtly said I need to purchase a stand. I asked him to install saying I do not need a stand. Following this
he left the premises without any intimation.
3) At the time of his visit, he NEVER told me anything about tap requirements or any technical detail.
Neither are these exclusive requirements as basic requirements for Bosch product mentioned anywhere in Amazon’s site.
I came to know the next day that plumbing work was needed to be done exclusively to suit Bosch product.
I was using another washing machine with the same tap and fixtures but never had any problems. So found it strange!
If Bosch requirements are different then it is your duty to inform the customer and work out how to complete installing. You cannot walk off, without explains and worse closing the request.
What am I supposed to do with the machine if you abruptly disown your work and responsibilities???
Instead, I received a message saying Installation was completed!
He left and closed the service request and I started getting calls asking about the feedback for installation service assuming it was completed.
Only on contacting Amazon and registering a request to return the Bosch product did I receive a response. But Amazon refused the request!!
After repeated calls, I was directed to get in touch with Bosch customer service myself for any complaints or queries!
If Bosch requires any work to be done because its product is unique and has exclusive requirements, these should be explained clearly to the customer at the site itself and the ensuing costs charged to the customer.
I was fully willing to pay for the needed costs and kept telling them to do the work, yet they kept insisting that they could not do the same.
In which they should have mentioned the exclusive plumbing requirement on booking itself.
Then I would have done the work and then fixed up the Installation session. Or I would have chosen some other product.
Without any information or notice nor efforts to commence and complete the work, how does Amazon decide to “Close” the request???

Washing machine looks very small, and works absolutely silent, no noise at all. But requirements for installation needs details. It is very difficult to change the water tap, power supply pins once the person is here for installation. The plug pin and water tap that are used for my earlier washing machine will not work for this. I had to keep the person in waiting, called a plumber and and electrician to come and fix new tap and plug pin. My suggestion is to give all the requirements beforehand, so that customer will make ready with all of them.

If you living in Madhya Pradesh don’t buy it, machin is good but bosch assistance is pathetic. Big mistake to purchase from Amazon, Bosch person came after machine delivered by Amazon. He unboxed machine n told to hire plumber for connection and call him back once machine is connected.when asked to bosch person about hose connector and things required, he told big city find anywhere. they hardly care about installation, they are just there to give you demo. no assistance or support provided. We hired plumber and struggled to get hose connector for bosch pipe. We paid 600 rupee to plumber for installation.We purchased bosch from reliance digital Bangalore feonix mall last year for cousin n got end to end work from bosch.Purchasing from Amazon is mistake.Bosch guys doesn’t care about you.
