Excellent technology …. Less noise … I see no vibration in 1000 rpm .. Need to test in 1200 rpm… And the usage of water very lessss … I measured with bucket … Kept drain pipe in bucket and measured. 4 heavy jeans … One shirt and other 4 small things … It took 2 buckets of water … Water intake will be differ for every cycle … The way they designed program was excellent … First cycle will take very small amount of water … 2nd and 3rd bit more … Recommended item … Don’t think on negative reviews … U can happily go with this ….

Very sad I ordered thid product with lot of expectations but this product failed to all all basic requirements this product is so advanced that it is very complicated to use and also the water spills out while using it the wash machine cycle is 5 hours per set which is insane I have return the product but till now the the technicians have not come to make the report shows the report is been made I will be able to return the product nobody is contacting and scheduling the the technician visit its delayed from 10 days when the person came after aggressive follow up from my side for through 3 weeks the person comes and tells my elderly mother that you have to pack the heavy washing machine from your end and this is not our job how can my mother lift such heavy washing machine and we cancel the pickup and went back this is the approach of Amazon when I call the customer care centre they had no help to give it to me I am writing all this done because others can read and understand the failure in service from Amazon

Product is good overall, I have given 5 stars. The only concern right now I have is the warranty period.
On the website it is mentioned 2+1 extended warranty, but the warranty Document I have received is being mentioned only 2 years, even had a call with LG executive, he told 2 years is the warranty. Amazon executive is saying 2+1, not sure what is correct.
Got the product on time, installation on time, free detergents inside the machine was missing, rest looks good.
I got this product for 26500 post discount + 1600 amazon cashback, so 24900 + expecting some 650 further bank cashback so logically 24250 is what I paid for it. Awesome deal.
Only point it lags is IFB offers 4 years warranty.

I bought it for 38000 now it has reduced to 28000. Buy it during offer period

Product is good. However the installation is the worst. LG has contacted installation
services to some nearby local repair shops. The guys come for installation will not carry and identity Card or any service slip in the name of LG.
They bring accessories like stand, inlet pipe, water softener cover etc and convince you the same is from LG and is not available in local market. They assured lifetime warranty for the accessories and will not provide any bills. I have been following up for past one month and failed to get any bills from them.
My suggestion – Please don’t buy any accessories from them. They are good to sell those items with a margin of not Les than 100%. Having a Tag of LG , we believe them and that’s their advantage to sell their products. Same good quality items are available online and please go for that.
