Life becomes easy when samsung is there. It’s simple to use. Simple to.operate less noise. Everything is good. This is my 6th product from samsung.

I brought this waching machine in offer. I thought it will help me ease my day, eventually we had to purchase certain more items before using it’s functionality at fullest. We brought a extra long outlet pipe (given pipe was not enough long), 10 amp to 16 amp converter switch, two way inlet nocil (to fix with water outlet from basin), moveable stand and washing machine cover as directed by installing person. All this cost me another 2500.
After shifted to another location the only challenges we faced was with the switch point and water outlet which should be closer to bathroom. Again we had to buy extra point to fix the water inlet pipe.
Hope these challenges we had faced will make you decide in advance.

The product was delivered on 30th July to my place and installation request raised on 31st July. Service center called me for engineer visit but engineer didn’t show up . I called customer care center but they didn’t seem interested in my installation request. After multiple calls to engineer and customer service , finally customer service center girl called me and told me lots of service requests are pending it will be difficult to install your washing machine today. This is really frustrating to take follow up and request the service centre and engineer for simple installation of washing machine. Till date ie 4 th Aug engineer not visited my place and I’m going to called paid technician to install the washing machine.
The worst service I ever seen in my life.. will strongly recommend to go for LG or IFB if you really want piece and value for money.

The water outlet pipe provided by samsung is too small and they are not providing any replacement pipe even at extra cost. The machine is just lying with me. I am left to figure out how to get more/additional pipes to take the pipe to the outlet.

I would give 3stars for the looks, easy use, smart, user friendly and efficient machine.
However, I’m not a fan of Samsung and you can easily find better machines in this price category.

It has an issue if you add more than 5 kg or equal to 6 then it leads to get short circuit and drip off the MCB in electric borad..
Sumsung customer care is worst not at all responding and I’m trying return it
