I was calling to samsung service since one week onwords, daily they were telling, today we will definitely install the washing machine. I didn’t expect from Samsung. Once installation done, I will update the performance review.

Post 10 days here are my views
1) Smooth installation and great demo by Samsung on the day and time we requested. No extra cost for installation or anything
2) The machine is very easy to use for normal functions but has a HOST OF FEATURES which can be used for single use of washing or rinsing or spinning. The function list is just amazing at this price.
4) At each level chosen by the machine you get to see individual function times. i.e how long would the wash or rinse or dry cycles take.
3) You can even reduce or increase individual function times. e.g. if clothes were worn out for a trip to the local market and got very dirty, you could increase wash time ONLY. If not dirty or sweaty, you could reduce wash time. In monsoon, you could increase spin time and reduce it in the Delhi summer. you can step up or down by 5 or 10 mins per button press I think.
4) Almost soundless machine. In the last 25 years of using washing machines, this one has the least amount of sound. Hoping it stays this way
5) We’re ensuring we keep the load as the demo guy said, and the washing is high quality. The demo guy told us if you are overloading, the quality of washing would go down.
6) 3 years warranty instead of a two years one.
7) Pleasant to look at, plays music instead of the harsh beeps, has a nice display, not that these make a diff but more aesthetic. Back panel stands out a bit but chances of water getting there are minimal.

A good washing machine with 3 years complete warranty and 12 years warranty on the motor. There many model in Samsung, but this a fair deal for a 6.5 Kg washing load. It comes with preset program and some you can customise the time for wash,spin and rinse count. And also special feature to store water during scarcity. Its quite, with inverter technology and good washing quality. Choose Samsung and exchanged Whirlpool due to very high maintenance cost and frequent failures.

Samsung mechanic behaved as if he was doing a favour by coming and explaining the machine. Very rude in language. Was in a hurry to leave without even explaining all the features. Such people who are the face of Samsung for the customer kill the image of the company. I wonder whether Samsung ever reviews their performance by taking a true feedback from the customer.
Not a good experience at all. It was rather disgusting having to deal with such a person.

No value, guy’s better you buy from the showroom,
It needs running tap water, I don’t have tap facility. I have water stored in my buckets or barrel.
Amazon saying they can’t help me with the refund return or downgrade to semi automatic washing machine.
They’re just NO!! Means!! NO!!!
Please buy from a showroom, they’ll help u with the refund, exchange, upgrade and downgrade.
Sadly this was my first order or 16,040.

Overall, It is a good Top Load washing machine.
It does its job very quietly, bare minimum noise.
You must either use Surf Excel or Ariel, for better result.
It might slightly be over priced, but it’s worth the money.
It’s a must for a family, to take off heavy burden from elders.
