The machine was making a lot of sound when washing clothes as if something had broken inside. The machine was not tested properly before delivering. This kind of products are expected from a brand like Amazon.

0 star for Service as samsung promised installation and demo within 48 hours but nobody is ready to visit. Service engineer is denying also no support from customer care.

I love this washing machine. After a lot of research ended up buying this for my family of 4. I was hoping to buy inverter technology in a good brand and got this for 16K after bank discount from Amazon.
Pros of this washing machine:
1. Beautiful Look
2. Very less noise
3. Diamond tub technology
4. Less washing time-approx 40 mins
5. Consumes less water- 2 buckets for normal wash
6. Washes good load together-12 to 15 big pieces of clothes.
7. Monsoon dry feature is really helpful during rains.

Pros:
1. Easy to use with as many practical frstures as Bosch or IFB front loading
2. Save money and your Back with top loading machine as there is no differnce in quality of wash between top load and costly front load. 3. Sturdy and long lasting than front load
4. This machine is without inverter technology . We bought this deliberstely as all parts and service will be easily availble with regular mechanics also once the service period gets over or when its too old.
5. Very Quiet and has good capacity to wash double bed sheets as well. It actually washes better than Front load IFB at my parents home
So save around half money and keep that to replace machine altogeather once its old enough to drag with you
Cons:
1. Only it dont have hot water mixer. But thats hardly a feature you use during winters and that can be easily fixed then by taking a jug of hot water from kitchen geyser 🙂

This has only 2 years of warranty on motor.. all other washing machine from Samsung has 10years minimum. Not sure why this has only 2 years.. customer service was no help at all and no explanation on the warranty details. Not able to return as well.. worst experience..
