     Installation Request for 404-035-4827-0001954 Service No. BAN25062043017 dated 26 June 2020 is not completed satisfactorily till now. My phone number is shared with people unconnected withe the company or their. Popose to proceed legally to get the cost of waranty included in the cost of the product.

    ot a call from +916366253555, after delivery, seeking directions to reach our house. Later the technician visited, sold accessory products worth Rs. 2,035/-. and installed. Next day, we noticed a leak in the inlet tube and informed the technician over the phone number provided by him, who promised to come and rectify it immediately. Reminded next day. On second reminder the next day, the phone was switched off. On contacting the first number from whrilpool who contacted earlier for the service, it is brought to light that my phone number is shared with some person who is not connected with the company, which is unethical, breach of privacy and illegal.
    Hence service request No. BAN29062084163 dated 28th June 2020 was lodged with the company. On reminding after two days, I was asked to lodge another request. To avoid lodging requests on daily basis, I sent an email to the company in the address mentioned in their website – [email protected] and [email protected] . Desperately, we also requested them to send one water inlet pipe by courier and offered to pay in advance. Our email dated 6 July 2020 is pending and we continue to remove the water collected from the leak in two buckets after each wash.
    I thought that the problem is due to some individuals locally. But sine the top officials are also indifferent, this review is posted.
    Now we are thinking of moving legally to get refund of the cost of warranty included in the cost of the product, since it is evident that the promise of warranty is made without any intention of performing the promise.

    Only part in installation guy
    These guy will sell their products like cover, stand, liquid detergent stating that other detergent is bad
    Best way is to avoid then and tell them to install and go away
    Rest is good

    * Can only use liquid detergent. Even the sample detergent provided with the machine is not recommended.

    * Mandatory to buy extra accessories (Please see the attached images), which isn’t mentioned in the details like:
    1.) ‘Scalegon’ which basically a chemical, that is used for internal system cleaning mandatorily after every 30 wash. The price of this is approximately 500 rupees.
    2.) ‘Calstrait’ which is a water filter, that must be installed to the inlet of the machine. The price of this item is approximately 2000 rupees.


    The packaging and handling was not proper. Had a small dent (See the attached images) on one side.

    Amazon service and product is good.
    But installation service is worst and he damaged our washing machine and saying you were responsible for the purchase.
    I waited with excitement during covid19 as I purchased new machines after my new marriage and followed up with installation but vain and installation guy screwed my hard earned money during COVID.
    I received messages from Amazon saying my installation got cancelled from whirpool and I finally my washing machine became for water storage.
    I purchased many products from Amazon even whirpool Refrigerator but Whirpool washing machine installation made my product as Bin in my Flat.
    Be cautious with installation services pals.
    You get touch base with me with Amazon service call.

    The inlet pipe is too small, whirlpool please note that every household doesn’t have a dedicated water taps installed for their washing machine. The inlet pipe provided is not even the minimum size (less than 2 metres) sold outside for inlet pipes (3 metres). the installation person is asking again to buy the inlet pipe which costs around 600 more. Its the basic thing which should be provided with a fully automatic washing machine, which your company provides just for a showoff. After purchasing a 13k-14k washing machine, again a customer needs to shell out a 1000- 1500 just for the proper installation of the machine then its no use to go for a Fully automatic washing machine, better to go for semi automatic. worst installation experience too with the installation person…he bas done only half of the installation and left.
