I have the Soundpeats TrueFree+ earbuds and I purchased these hoping for an improvement in audio quality. I could not have been more wrong. The TrueFree+ are better in a number of ways. Firstly, they are louder and offer very similar sound clarity as the SE’s. The Soundpeats SE’s also experience a sort of hissing sound in the right ear, I have not experienced this at all with the Soundpeats TrueFree+’s. The connection on the Soundpeats SE is also inferior compared to the TrueFree+’s. These would not connect to my Linux machine no matter what I tried (Ubuntu 18.04), even updating the drivers and the kernel did not make this work. They are also slightly larger and unwieldy compared to the TrueFree+’s. And one last thing is that the lights stay on when connected to a device. This is at best annoying, and literally light up the room at night. A number of positives are that the treble is slightly better (but the annoying hiss ruins it). They have a better finish and a more pleasant feel to them. They also look better. But this does not make up for the overall experience. Overall I would give these 2 stars out of 5, as the older product is better in a number of ways.

Because the soundpeats truengine only comes in black.
The sound quality on these is above average but they bulge out quite significantly. So fit is not that great.
These have physical buttons which is my personal preference so kudos in that department.
I would like to mention in the dual drivers provided here which are very good when you need some bass mids and highs separation
The loudness of these buds is an issue for me because these are not that loud like the Jabra Elite 75t or the Samsung buds Plus etc. So volume Two or three notches up would have been great, obviously without muddling the sound.
Mic quality is good in indoor environment but not quite good in windy/outdoor environment.
Chooce wisely.

Guys, seriously, these earbuds are the real deal. I’ve got the SoundPeats delivered today and within a minute I got them started. The sound is so crisp and the base so good, the microphone quality is fantastic. I am in love!
Well done SoundPeats, these are my favourite headphones now and I have different brands at home from £100 to £400… none sound like this and fit so comfortably.
During voice calls, you can hear in both ears and people say the microphone is fantastic as they hear me super clear.
Great product, would recommend it to anyone.

These earphones are not to be underestimated….read on if you want a detailed reason as to why you should own these!
First of all, let’s just state I am a big audiophile with OCD and finding the right wireless earphones for my daily commute has been a real task (resulting in a lot of returns). I have owned the Samsung Galaxy Buds previously to match my S10+ and much preferred their body design compared to Apple’s cotton bud-esque design. Safe to say I’ve looked for a cheaper pair that resembles this Galaxy design and sound, but without that hefty £130 price tag…..and I’ve definitely found them!
SOUND & PERFORMANCE:
The sound on these earbuds are incredible! The double drivers really deliver a crisp sound that can reach high volumes and bass…very punchy bass in fact. Resulting in not being a gimmick but a very welcomed feature that deliver that impressive sound quality I’ve been searching for.
DESIGN:
As these are under £50 they do differ from the more elite brands in which they have a button press on each earphone instead of the touch/swipe gestures you usually find from the higher-end brands (which is expected at this price point). However the buttons are nice, clicky and responsive which is great. I also like how Soundpeats redesigned logo lights up blue once first turned on and light up red when charging.
The charging case is another bonus as it’s made with a very nice soft, matte black plastic that feels very solid and well built. The design closely resembles the pill shape case that Samsung have gone for, with magnetic pins inside so your earbuds won’t just drop out when charging. The size of the case allows it to perfectly fit in your jean/coat pockets with ease.
The case does charge via Micro USB and not USB-C which at this price point, I’m really not phased by and charges quickly whilst also providing the ability to charge the earbuds 3.5 times from the case.
COMFORT & FIT:
It’s amazing how comfortable these earbuds are in your ear! They just hug your inner ear perfectly and don’t budge even with heavy shaking (score 1 for gym heads). They don’t hurt or cause uncomfortable pressure even after long use and I’ve found they are very effective blocking out any noise pollution, whether it be traffic/chatter or background music.
VERDICT:
Absolute 10/10. From design, to comfort and right down to price point…these are an absolute bargain that tick every box!
I’m so satisfied with these earbuds, I can now say with confidence my search for the expensive branded earbuds has ended. Soundpeats have delivered in every way at a third of the cost 👏🏽 💯 Very happy!

After carefully researching these true wireless IEMs I decided to take the plunge and purchase them from Amazon.
I have a reasonable collection of decent headphones from different manufacturers, some being more valuable than others and I can honestly say that at their price point these SoundPEATS have blown me away.
You could pay 3-5 times the price and still not match their sound quality. They are not ANC but once you have fitted the correct size buds they offer decent isolation and controlled tight bass.
Sonically they are beautifully balanced and their stereo imaging is incredible giving you the feeling of being immersed into the music.
When listening to tracks that you are familiar with on a decent pair of headphones, it will change what you hear and what you have NOT HEARD before. This makes you really appreciate the work that an artist and decent recording production put into a track.
Buy these, listen to them and thank me later.

For the price, I was not satisfied with the quality. Its comparable to under 1000 rs earphones. Its the oldest version of soundpeats trueengine. The newer one might be better. I asked amazon for a return. I just wanted a newer version, but they did not allow this. Please read the policy and check out the proper version before you buy

Final review: I’ve given these a good few weeks to bed in and can happily confirm these are fantastic for the price. I have a background in sound design and audio production so audio fidelity is very important to me. I find these headphones are able to deliver a very neutral sound and with minimal distortion at all operating levels. The low-end is rich, clean and not overly hyped. The mid range is detailed and the top-end is very well presented and never harsh. Now here’s the thing, I tested these side-by-side against a pair of Bang Olufsen Beoplay H9’s, which retail at approx. £450 and the SoundPeats Trueengine SE earbuds where significantly better is all aspects of audio delivery. The B&O’s sounded absolutely terrible and for that prices it’s unforgivable. You cannot go wrong with these, they’re punching well above their weight and truly deliver a engaging but effortless audio performance. And customer services were very quick to solve a problem so top marks in that respect too. To be clear i do not work for this company or affiliated in any way.

Update: SoundPeats were very qa before i can comment on the quality of this product, but if this new pair doesn’t break i’ll be very happy, as these buds are probably the best sounding wireless earbuds I’ve tried, the sound quality is incredibly detailed for the price.

Was just about to leave a review (quite a good one too) but they’ve already stopped working correctly only after a few weeks of light usage. Have contacted the manufacturer support team so lets see how responsive they are – a true test of a company’s commitment to the customers. Will report back.
