Appearance :
The laptop looks sexy af..but that been said it’s a fingerprint magnet any part of the laptop you touch can be traced back. So keep a microfiber with you all time ig.
Screen:
It’s a good 144hz panel not too shabby but it does the job.Its not a 100% sRGB screen so keep that in mind for editors.
Performance:
It has the 12th gen i5 which is way better than the old i5 gen so that itself is a good performance boost for anything, along with 16gb out of the box it’s a good performer for any task.
Gaming wise it has the 75w RTX 3050..which can be overclocked to for a boosted 90w tgp .But i don’t think that’s needed and personally when I tried with the overclock it had game crash issues.
Even without the boost the performance was good.
Rtx features are working decent but sometimes due to the 4gb card you might not get the most out of rtx. Tested with the new plague and rtx it was looking amazing running smooth ..got some crashed in high dense areas and had to lower rtx settings.
Competitive Games will ran pretty good more than refresh rate of the screen with the good CPU GPU pair and fats ram . So no hiccups there.
Ports:
Bonus point for a thunderbolt c port..with fast 135watt charging . The biggest down side is there is only two USB A ports .
Overall:
It’s a good laptop at the price segment the build is amazing quality and looks great. With good performance all across . If you are looking for RTX 3050 option this is definitely the Top G.
PS. There is no RGB but the white lighting looks amazing with the matte theme .

Today I got my product got very excited and started using it to explore every feature as much as I can. One thing for sure there is in build asus software which allows us to change the GPU usage according to your needs. So when i tried gaming I used the Ultimate GPU mode and it was very smooth and in eco optimized mode with 100% battery it can go upto at least 5 hr with internet surfing and maybe more because i never tried to take it to that level but it can definitely go to 8hr. Screen quality is great and the keyboard is soft. The good thing is if it heats up, it doesn’t affect the touch pad area. The only thing i would have want if possible was to enhance the speaker seems like the speaker is under the laptop. Sound is good though. Definitely recommend to people who wants to buy this product. In later months will update if any dislike happens otherwise this is good.
Update:Yes as i thought the speaker isn’t as good as it should be in this price range and the speakers are below the laptop so if you are planning to watch movie or play game, you may need to use headphone even mobile headphone will also do

It’s great value for this price. You get 2x 8gb DDR5 4800mhz ram. That’s more than enough for gaming and video editing and game development. It had a 512gb gen3 nvme SSD. Think whether it fits your purpose or not. I upgraded it with a Crucial P3 2tb gen 3 nvme SSD. I know that it supports gen4 nvme SSD but I didn’t had budget and I don’t require much speeds. Came with Windows 11 home single language (21H2) June 2022 update but got a 22H2 update in few days. The machine runs blender, unity engine, unreal engine smooth as hell. Tried GTA 5 70fps @Ultra ,ETS2 75fps @Ultra and 145fps@ low.

The look is decent and not having multicolored backlit…tuf logo also nice in the corner.. bought for its latest specifications.
Cons:
Having only 2 usb ports (can’t connect wireless keyboard, pendrive, external hdd at a time) better have tye c pendrive.
screen is having backlit bleeding ( you can notice under black screen especially while Boot)
Matt finish catches finger prints very easily…it spoils the look little bit..

Had very little luck running Debian based distros. Arch works, but requires tweaking. Read the wiki on this laptop at the arch Linux page before you decide to buy
