Let me talk about the issues I’m facing:
1. DNS problem.
I’m facing problems connecting wifi to my laptop from my mobile (hotspot).
This problem keeps coming up. Tried everything from YouTube but I need a professional here. This problem has ruined my meetings.
2. A box shape keeps appearing on the left side of the screen and when I take the cursor there, it can’t click to anything. I have to restart when that happens…
Ok… Having a problem connecting to customer service also.

I received the laptop in a good condition. The packaging was good. However, when I purchased the laptop it was mentioned that it would be delivered on the same day but I got it the next day which is actually okay for me but just pointing it out.
As for the laptop, I’ve been using it for a month and a few days and I liked it. However, it probably has the worst cam ever? So when I had to turn on my webcam during online meetings, I used my old laptop instead. I’ve actually read about the cam quality on some sites but didn’t think it would be this bad. Otherwise, it’s a pretty decent budget-friendly laptop for students. Still recommend it!
