Laptop is superfast, display is 165hz and 1440p is really crisp. In gaming I’m getting around 250-300fps in valorant and no to morderate pc heating. But I hate is the battery life…it’s just get me 1.5hrs while screen settings are high.
I hope hp could imporve battery. If they do it victus rtx3060 will be one of the best laptop for rtx 3060 gaming laptop out there!!
Edit: battery backup has been increased slightly after 2 months of usage. Now it backups to 2 to 2:30 hrs normal usage.

The charger now works on the replaced product, although the realtek wifi 6 is super unstable, like for more than 10m the wifi drop is immense. Games like valorant, csgo get almost 300 fps but are unplayable on wifi due to ping drops (which ofcourse isn’t because of my isp) as my other laptop shows none. No heating issues or any major issues. The wifi needs to be replaced by an intel chipset because no driver updates eventually can fix the issue. I don’t know why hp provides this cheap wifi chipset for a gaming laptop.

Purchased this HP Victus (AMD Ryzen 7-5800H 16.1inch(40.9cm) QHD Gaming Laptop (16GB RAM/ 1TB SSD/ 6GB RTX 3060 Graphics/ Flicker Free, 165Hz 3 Ms Display/ Alexa Built-in/ Win 11/ MS Office/ 2.48 Kg) – 16-e0362ax) 10 days back for Rs.1,20,000. So far the laptop is performing well. No heating issue. I’ve applied a custom skin on it. The only issue I’m facing is charging time. Yes, It takes so long to charge 100%. Other than that it’s good.

One of the best gaming or performance or studio laptop for those who dislike gamerly looks. QHD screen is amazing at 16.1 inches and 5800h plus rtx 3060….this is the most affordable and solid thing.
CONS. Yes, screen wobble is an issue, additionally Realtek wifi is bit unstable.
Rest all perfect…..tested extensively on multitasking, video editing, 3d rendering and gaming.

First impression is good. Not look like a cheap laptop. build is on budget side so plastic is everywhere. plastic is not cheap looking like other plastic laptop…Design is minimal,no rgb totally my kind. Plastic is mat finished feel cheap compare to metal chassis laptops but looks premium thanks to hp engineers..I was really worried about The screen wobble and that’s highly ignorable. actually in real life wobble is not that much evident as much as YouTube reviews… I’m not saying there is no wobble at all.. yeah there is more wobble compare to other laptops.. Actually we don’t push and pull our display lid of our brand new laptop to check the hinge.. when you open it on day to day use the wobble is very minimal… I’ll update review about display, performance and internals after testing it…

Real value for money. Comfortable to play for long hours without keyboard overheat. Big upgrade from my gtx1050ti to this one. Worth it.
