Motherboard and display issue
And when we call to customer support of Lenovo they asked plz take the laptop to service center they will resolve the issue
On 10 Jan 2022 visited to service center
Laptop given in service center
They told me that display issue I said ok how much time it take to fix the issue they said a week
After a week again I gone to service center they said display is not having any issue motherboard is having some issue again I asked them how many days I took to fix it , same reply 7 days
Till now it’s not in my hand *26-1-2022
When I ask them for service Denin letter the
Service center people asked to go to consumer court 🤯
By purchasing this I learned a lesson
This is the last order from my end
By trusting Amazon I purchased but sorry to say this, it didn’t deserve.

Product build and finishing is top notch. Comes with windows 11 and word, excel and power point with life time validity. Laptop boots up in 2 seconds and restarts too in 2 secs. Product is capable of playing 4k movies. No heating issues whatsoever. Comes with fast charging(you can disable it for longer battery life span). Blindly go for it. I got it for 37,990 during laptop sale from appiaro seller.

This is a good laptop with lot of pros and a biggest con, which is it’s screen. Let me share the positives first.
1. Light weight and compact (even with a 15.6″ screen)
2. No heat and fan noise
3. Super fast SSD and 8GB ram.
4. Smaller charger brick ( though not type c)
5. Good performance
Main negative is on the display.
1. Even though it’s 1080p quality is no way near it.
2. With 250nits brightness, it’s just white
3. Colors and absolutely dull.. Not at all punchy
4. Screen is TN display and not IPS, so you know how the viewing angles will be.
I bought this with my old laptop exchange, and some deals with a price around 25k. For that price I’m happy, but not worth it for 42k.

If u have any aditionl monitor then its ok but in built display quality is very poor… Light bleading (not cover under warranty),view of angle issue .. for this price range go with HP laptops ..

Overall performance is standard..no. of ports could be more..RJ45 port should be there…adpater cable length is not all sufficient…
