    I dout the laptop is repackaged,had simply put in polythene cover,not found for bubble/rexin sheet around the laptop.
    Adapter/ charger are not from MI make, look like local one
    Instructions manual/ warranty card not found anywhere in package.
    I feel cheated, and it may be from refurbished one as I have compared one , which is bought directly from MI store by my colleague.

    Can be used for only for work not for gaming and multimedia consumption because of the screen quality Fast charging but backup is less. The only smile factor is i5-11 Gen, 512GB SSD+ customer service chat. Its fast like their phones and they quickly address the issues.

    I have received the laptop on 17th March and have opened the box to setup on 18 march. As i opned the laptop try to setup, the touch pad was not working. But the keypad and laptop build qulaity looks good. I had really good support from Amazon. They have quickly responded and replaced the laptop. Will add more comments once i receive the replacement and start using.
