Product is working good so far.
Auto wakeup display is good.
Phone finder and watch finder is a good feature.
Multiple watch faces are available.
We can make our own custom watch face.
Sp02 and Heart rate sensors are working good(Atleast i think so).
Messages notification is good( Also work for apps)
Call notification is available.
But we can’t talk using watch.
Display is pretty good.
Light weight.
Battery is holding well now.
Overall.
Its pretty good.
At this cost, i expect talkback feature in this watch.
I’ll update after reviewing for a few weeks.

This watch has got nothing else apart from Amoled display. This is the only pro i can list down. Coming to cons..
1. You cannot silent a call( major concern)
2. There is a character limitation for messages. You cannot read long messages.
3. App notifications are limited. Boat allows access to only certain app notifications.
4. Always on display has only 2 watch faces ( one analog and one digital)
5. Wake to turn on doesn’t work when AOD is on( not a big concern)
6. Display visibility under daylight condition is poor( at avg brightness level)
7. Auto brightness option not available
8. To control music from your watch, you have to navigate a lot( major concern)
9. Strap quality is not that good.
Battery performance yet to be reviewed.
Overall compared to other watches in this segment, this watch offers least value for money.
While most of the concerns can be removed via an update, i don’t know whether boat will work on this.

Try to buy some other brand smart watches…it’s calculating heart rate and spO2 for the surface also…
Only good things for this watch is Amoled and always on display ..other features are not good

This watch looks good and the Amoled display is the best thing in this one. It has that punchy colors and looks. But the software is not that polished. Its just an average software. And it has very less watch faces even if you you go to the app. That was awkward, i was regularly changing watch faces on my mi band 4. This one has less than 50 watch faces i think. And the number 1 negetive is the bezels. Bezels are so big and its feels weird when we apply some custom watch face from gallery. Overall. Its a good one but i prefer noise colorfit ultra 2 over this.
Update : Heart rate monitor Doesn’t work well, doesn’t show anything, you’re gonna have to test it for atleast 20 times to get the result. And the app…. 🙂 i don’t have to say anything about that creepy app… Uff it makes everything worse. It disconnects every single time.

Detailed Review Of Boat watch Matrix
Design And Built:-
design is really good to watch is looks premium and slim also and the watch weight is around 43g so not that heavy
next, if we talk about built, built Quality is also good. watch comes with a metal frame with a polycarbonate body on backside and the strap is also removable it will be more suitable for thin hands
Display:-
The display is good and bezels are also large, It comes with1.65″ Inch Amoled 2.5D Curve Display with 341 PPI and the overall display is good colors are bright and dark, Touch response is also good no issue with brightness. Outdoor brightness is also good And rise to wake works fine display takes 2-3 Second to turn on and obviously, it also comes with an always-on display feature you will get to option in always-on display i.e digital clock and analog clock and you can also set screen off time manually
So Overall Display is too good
And In watch, there are 5 inbuilt watch faces and through the boat app, you can access up to 50+ watch faces and a customizable watch face option is also available
Sports Mode:-
In a smartwatch, there are 11 Sports modes which are less in number if we compare it with other watches at this price rate
11 Sports modes are running, walking, climbing, spinning, cycling, elliptical, rowing machine, yoga, basketball, rope skipping, free training
This watch is 3ATM Water Resistance but has no swimming mode Available And Sports Mode accuracy is good
HR And Spo2:-
HR accuracy is good and spo2 accuracy is not that great. smartwatch sensors will not work on the floor and don’t show any reading
Notification:-
Notifications are good in watch notifications comes instantly in watch and there is no issue in this and you can only cut the call from watch there is no mute option
Battery Life:-
Battery Life is good 260 mAh battery is used in the watch and it can go up to 6-7 days on very normal use and 3-4 days with always-on display
Conclusion:-
All features are good but according to price features are less in this time you can get AMOLED to display with calling and voice assistance watch around 5k but if are boat lover so differently you can go with this

Product is really good, considering display and build quality. You can set live wallpaper. The only thing is Smartphone app is just useless. Never sync phone. Once in hundred time it will sync that too you need to on-off the Bluetooth on your device.
Update : making this review from 2 to 1 star. The app always disconnect with watch and then watch keeps on starting leading battery drain. Reconnecting with watch is big hassle. Does not connect automatically. Even enabling no notifications required, it keeps on sending SMS notifications on watch
