Prash –
One of the worst experience with Sony 43×75.
After installation, screen went blank in 30 mins

I found the picture quality on Sony Bravia better than most consumer TVs of this size. The sound quality is less than average, you will surely need additional speakers to watch films/series. The customer service from Sony is also prompt and cooperative.
Amazon delivered the TV with an older remote control, due to which some functions of the TV could not be accessed. Sony installation team wrote this problem on the job sheet and shared an image with me. As suggested by Amazon customer care executive, I had to purchase the correct remote control from Sony directly and submit an invoice to Amazon. Amazon did not reimburse the amount without stating any reasons, even after calling, wring to customer support and sharing all the documents multiple times. Finally after hearing the word ‘customer court’, they reimbursed the amount. I will avoid buying big appliances from Amazon in future after this experience.

Overall good buy.
Pros: Prompt service for installation. Contacted within 48 hrs and came on the appointed day for wall mounting.
Good picture quality esp. while viewing Prime Video, Youtube etc.
Feature full remote with voice search option.
Cons: Average sound quality. No bass effect or options for enhancing frequencies.
Very limited viewing angle. You have to be seated within 10-20 deg of the edges to get clear picture.

Wall mount and installation are free.. black levels are amazing with ips panel , viewing angles is not at all a problem .. you won’t need a soundbar .. sounds amazing .. picture quality is what I have seen best in 4ktv’s . Android is fun to use and easy to use interface and easy to use remote .. best buy

1. Philips Bluthooth not supporting.
2. As Technology arising But No Air Remote (Air mouse), still having the same arrow navigation remote.
3. The Stand Given by Sony is not provided at the time of installation, as the installation team stealing it and selling outside. providing the customers the duplicate one. (AMAZON and SONY team have to take care of this)

Best picture quality, Best audio quality. Extremely happy buying this X75 model. This new model has a very good X1 4K processor. 4K HDR picture quality takes experience to a next higher level. This is our 2nd TV from ‘Sony’ brand after my brother’s Sony TV, which was bought 8 years ago. Trust on this ‘Sony’ TV brand still continues with us and I think with everyone ….
