I was in two minds before ordering this fan but after this was delivered and installed, there have been no regrets. This fan receives superior feedback from my family over premium fan models like Orient and Crompton which are installed in rooms and this one is in kitchen. I was able to install it myself and there was no complication. At this price, it is a pretty good fan. Go for it.

Guys don’t waste your hard earned money. Quality is worst. First 7 to 10 days it worked properly after that its producing noise. One cannot sleep while using this fan because of the annoying sound. Company’s customer care service is also pathetic. They just give false commitments. So, don’t fall prey to this company named Candes, buy from authentic sellers only. It’s been 3 weeks now and no service provided by the company.

Average product, don’t expect much from it. It’s very noisy from the very first day and the item is not returnable so I have to bear with the noise.

Fan is good but their service is very bad. if u do not register within 7 days of delivery they will not give you add on warranty. Attempted to register my product for additional one year warranty but no response recieved even after 10 days. Dont know wether they will give me additional one year warranty or not. Additional warranty is also pro-rata basis which is of no use. Overall fan airflow is good.

The fans are very good, looks very good, I have four of these fans, only one makes minor noice but that’s negligible, energy efficient even though we have four fans it doesn’t reflect on electricity bill…one of four stopped working after few days of delivery, but candes customer care took care of it… Go for it
