EDIT 3: On 17-July-2021 Havells technician repaired the Fan at my home, At last. After 47 days informing them. They changed the circular PCB on the Fan base and also provided a new remote.
EDIT 2: Updating this on 23-June-2021, It is more than 3 week I reported the Fan is not working to Havells Customer care, They logged a ticket and responded back the incident is registered and then nothing. Still they did not send anybody to repair it.
EDIT 1: This Fan was purchased on 2-May-2021 and on 01-June-2021 it stopped working. Service life is just a month, Sent an email to Havells Customer care, did not receive any response yet.
Original Review:
Remote is problematic, sometime works sometimes not. Fan hardware needs improvement. Havells product quality is degrading overtime.
1. The remote battery (Panasonic brand) they sent with the package does not even work, I had buy battery from market, Still Remote is troubling sometime.
2. No extra wire in package for connecting fan circuit with wall connection, You have to buy 2 feet wire from market, previously Havells used to add this extra wire in package itself, cheap cost cutting approach.
3. Fan seems like made out of cheap raw material, does not feel like quality that used to be with Havells.
4. BLDC Fan needs details user manual, that is also made summarily in single page, cost cutting in manual printing also.
5. Lastly The Packaging was torn and seems like some one has taken the fan out earlier from original packaging, then packed it in hurry and sold it to me. This was Amazon’s seller issue (Cloudtail).
I should have returned this, but the installation was hectic and at-least the fan is rotating. So did not returned . But lessons learned, never buy any thing from this Cloudtail seller .

They sent this faulty product. Also looks like seal was opened before. This is not the first time. Earlier they also cheated me by sending a faulty home theatre speaker and many things.

I had ordered 4 fans for my home. The fans are light weight but I had following issues
1. These fans operate with remote. So if you plan to install 2 fans in one big room, think again. Reason, if you want to reduce fan speed of only one of the two fans, while thr other is also running, remote will reduce it for both because it works on all Havells fan within 20 Ft radius
2. One of the 4 fans stopped working within a week of Installing. Tha k god it was within replacement window of Amazon..So initiates replacement and yet to recieve the fresh piece. Yes, parallel I also called Havells customer care whonsent a technician the same day to check the fan. Apparently he told me, they can only repair and not replace it. For replacement, we need to talk place of purchase. So had this happened post return / replacement window, it would have been a big issue.
Remaining 3 fans are working fine till now.

Merits:
26Watts reasonably good air circulation ceiling fan from Havells brand . Easy to fix with remote. You need to mandatorily remove the connection to old fan electronic regulator that we have usually in all the houses. BLDC motor with 2 year warranty. 5 speed remote with battery provided inside the pack itself.
Demerit: Plastic pars are delicate and plastic quality can be improved as it is not same as a Crompton BLDC fan .
Observation : Crompton BLDC fan consumes 35watts with 5 year warranty and costlier than than Havells. Crompton BLDC fans have good quality plastic than Havells BLDC fans.
Havells BLDC fans have only 2 years warranty.

I was very happy with customer reviews, so divided to buy havells neo ceiling fan, but after installing it doesn’t work, so I complaint there technician visited, he complete installation, turning on it couldn’t start so he removed and check, in result he said fans circuit is not working. So I decided to return fan and refund my money back 3000 RS.

Good and fully energy saving fan. But fan speed is low other than a normal fan. No timer setup option in remote but other bldc fan remote has the timer function.

The fan is ok. But the biggest drawback is that the remote control does not have a sleep timer option… which is a very very important feature.
I think they cheat customers by not showing the actual picture of the remote in product images.

Product finishing is nice, overall looks of the product is also good. I fixed the fan very easily. Just two wires need to be connected. It works with regulator as well when you keep regulator on speed 5. There is only one problem that remote speed 4 and 5 gives clicking sound. I’ll wait for few days if that sound goes away otherwise I will claim replacement. The well reputed company like havells should not have such fault in their products.
