Received the mixer today as per inst used warm water to clean the jar n then fixed the jar properly n started the mixer to my surprise I saw some practice flakes comming out the mixer.bushes on the mixer jar n the mixer were rubbing against each other n both the bushes were damaged .
I m using mixers for last 40 yrs
Life long brand I have been using for past 5 yrs 500 w but I’m sorry to say there is a manufacturing defect in this item .

Motor alignment was off and that was the first thing I noticed when I took the base motor unit out of the box, I wonder how they could have let this unit get out of their factory in this condition,The company needs to seriously look at quality control, if they intend to be a serious player in the home kitchen appliances segment. Had placed the 1st order 2 weeks back, and while there were serious quality issues with one of the jars, there being an obvious gap between the rubber washer and the jar, I thought I’ll still give it a try, thinking there is 2yr warranty on the product, but the motor gave out on the 1st use itself, since it was within Amazon’s 10 day return period, ordered the replacement and they send an even worse product which I didn’t even need to turn on to know it was hopeless, the motor was off centre by more than 40° at least

Please do not buy this mixer grinder. I just received the product and wanted to test it. Just put water in the wet grinding jar and turned on the button for only 10 seconds. It made such a loud and screeching noise that I got scared. When I removed it and checked I was shocked to see that the plastic part of the blade had already melted and was severely damaged! Totally cheap and sub standard quality. The jars are also pretty small. Returning the product now.

Awesome Mixer Grinder: Sound of Motor is low. The quality of its jar is very good but lid of jar is thin. Overall this is best mixer grinder. (According to my experience)

This is a very cheap quality product and amazon has not done any quality check with regards to the product.. the irony is that the brand name is “lifelong” and it has spoilt in the first use of ordering the same.. this is the second time the product has been spoilt in last 5 days after getting replaced and the new one coming to me.. basically the quality of the mixer is so bad and the head of the mixer where the mixer connects to any of the jars is very brittle and made up of plastic which melts in the first use of the product as soon as you try to run the mixer.. PLEASE refer to my pictures.. too noisy and very shitty product..

And there was was broke piece inside the motor. Better to buy a brand one. And am really fed up with this product. And I was put in a garbage the product. Waste of money. I thought made in India will be good product. After that only I realized the value of brand of some company. I will recommend to other to buy better to go for brand one.

The mixer-grinder was a major disappointment. The plastic coupler got disintegrated and came off in just 2 uses. And since the return window was closed, I could not do much about it. It was just a waste of time trying to ask for a return or repair of the product. Highly disappointed with the quality of the product. Absolute waste of money.

Beware! This is super bad product. Dont fall prey to discounted price and lightning deal offers.
I had to return it immediately after one use. Lucky enough to get my refund immediately.
