Good quality products from bajaj, yes it is bajaj products,
Suggestable product, powerful motor with high quality stainless steel jars, 5 year motor warranty and 2 years product warranty, Juicer quality is ok , but overall good product

I’m writing this after having somehow managed to use this for one year. I bought this to upgrade from my old, slightly broken mixer grinder. This one looked better, had extra grinding vessels, was expensive. Unfortunately that’s where it stops. It is possibly one of the weakest, noisiest mixer grinder I have used. So much so that I miss my old cheap slightly broken mixer grinder. It doesn’t do a single job well, without struggling a lot. It won’t blend your smoothies smooth, it can only manage a grainy hummus for you after a lot of struggle, can’t grind coconuts properly. Really, go for a cheaper one. This will really be a bad investment in appliances.

Product is good, containers made up of heavy steel, lid covers are good including steel base instead of plastic. Will give 5 star to product except juicer jar, blades not upto d mark. I have requested for a replacement as liquiding jar lid is missing which seems its an returned product. Thus rated 1 fir amazon delivery, not expected from Amazon.

Product build quality is good, but product received with broken part in it which is Aluminium one, if it stuck in grinder motor will burnt, somehow I removed, in one use jar wheel came out damaging threads, jar shaft length is small, all jar are fixed at last two threads, technically that is very poor, requested for replacement, I found the wheel is from Bajaj, I attached photos you can observe.

I ordered this peice twice but both the time all the lids of jars were in poor condition. They dosent close. Also the juicer jar is of poor quality. And the mixer is noisy. Also there was a defect in product so I complained to bajaj customer care(parent brand of morphy) but its been a month no body visited yet even after 8calls i made from my end. Poor service and poor quality of product. Not recommended

I usually don’t write reviews. But this product triggered me to write one. Bought this mixer grinder with high hopes since the brand is known to produce quality products. But this gave only disappointment. The mixer grinder had scratches al over the place as and when I open the package. The lid was not closing at all. There were no instruction manual or warranty card available. And there is no return option and only replacement. And the amount of time you got to spend to get the replacement order is huge. This is not the usual self serve replacement process in Amazon. You need to be in the call with the customer support for 1 hour to prove them that you are right. After that they will order replacement for you. Worst experience. Better go and buy in the store directly by checking it. Have finally placed the replacement order. Will update the review once that is delivered.
Update – The replacement order also was a used product. I had to fight again to return this and refund the money. Amazon is kind enough to return the product and refund the money.
