I bought this phone because of waterproof. Otherwise it’s waisting your money. Hi I’m big fan of Samsung. But A33 5G phone disappointed me. This is my 3rd months of using and regretting why I bought it? It’s too much leggings. Or hanging. In this price you can buy S20 fe 5g. Want to close any app most of the time doesn’t close. Touching one thing opening another thing. Only one sim can use. I don’t play games have normal use. Like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or youtube.

Received it as a gift and my first time using Samsung, surprised to find so much bloatware on this phone and it seemed more than other phones and can’t really uninstall it.
Only redeeming feature of this is the UI and the camera as seen in pics which are indoors. For the price, the product is a total waste. Couldn’t even gain access to my accounts or address book. The battery is decent but doesn’t seem like it would last all day if you use the camera or gaming etc for more time.
You can get the same features in other phones for a lot less than this price

I dont understand, why a mobile company does not provide a charger with it? Is it something not necessary? Why user should buy it paying extra?
So the actual cost of mobile increases with additional charger cost. This is a pure marketing strategy I believe.
Secondly, the mobile does not have a headphone jack. So user cant use regular earphones. Which i personally didnt like.
Battery life is not good. I have used M31s which was far better Battery than this model.
So overall the price they are charging is high if you compare with other products.

This device is a piece of crap. The only good thing in this phone is the camera quality. Otherwise this stupid device shows you advertisements even when you are changing your settings. Apart from that it keeps crashing my video applications which is too much irritating as i need to watch videos for my work. Too much irritating. Samsung doesn’t deserve to be called a brand. Even oppo and Vivo are better than this useless phone.
