Fruit tray and tablet box is missing. Sellers are cheating consumers by showing different picture and delivering appliances with missing parts. How can I get what I paid for ?

Worst Fridge ever. Highly Disappointed with fridge. It’s giving Current shock and Quality also very Bad. This Fridge highly damaged the reputation of Haier.
Don’t buy it. I strongly tell don’t buy it.

The refrigerator balance is not good it moves whenever we open the door. got some scratches on fridge when I receive it and there was some fungus growth on the inside. If is there is some option to return it I would like to return it.

I must say i am mildly disappointed with the product. Cant complain about the quality, appearance and cooling but the freezer compartment is very small for a 240 liter fridge. The vegetable compartment too is smaller that ideal. I think they should make one of the middle shelves smaller to accommodate a bigger freezer. The door magnet is too strong. So strong as to cause difficulty in opening with one hand. The force required to open it is so strong that the units starts to shift its place over time. I read about the magnet in a review before buying it but i didnt realize it could be so bad. Also Heir doesn’t seem to read the reviews or take feedback from the customers else they would have improved on this.
