THE FRIDGE WAS DELIVERED ON 18TH AUGUST 2020 BY DELIVERY PERSON IN PACKED CONDITION WITHOUT ANY PAPER OR DOCUMENT . INSPITE OR REPEATED REQUESTED NOBODY VISITED OUR HOUSE TO INSTALL .AFTER WAITING FOR 15 DAYS I ( 81 YEARS OLD HEART PATIENT ) HAVE TO INSTALL MYSELF . IT IS GIVING LOT OF PROBLEM AND NEEDS EXPERT TECHNICIAN TO CHECK AND REPLACE IF NEEDED . .MYSELF AND MY OLD WIFE ONLY ARE STAYING IN THE TWO STORIED HOUSE .WE ARE TOTALLY AT A LOSS, IF REQUIRED PLEASE REPLACE UNIT BY A DEPENDABLE BRAND WITH ALL DOCUMENTS , DIFFERENTIAL AMOUNT WILL BE IN CASH BY ME . Received used product …it’s really a big scam ..I was not present in house my mother was present. Delivery boy asked to do a physical checks in just 2 minute and they made her hurry enough not to get caught that this is a old product. And my mother is not expert into technicality of Quality check. She said okay and when I came back from office and saw there are many scartches inside compressor internal area , even compressor pipes contains rusts and damages. Tried to get it replaced but Amazon executive told we asked you to chek the damage before delivery ,after your acceptance we can’t replace the product. We got fooled by Amazon by this ….would suggest everyone to prefer local stores than Amazon. Please suggest what step shall I take ??

Product is good but due to any collison there is a crack while shipping and also electric current is flows into back part ,i get little shock.

Writing this after 1 and half years of usage, in this duration, freezer glass had to be replaced twice because of too much ice getting formed in the border and glass cover is poor quality, so opening door end up door getting cracked by ice getting jammed in between, service person never appear for replacing it. I had to purchase 3rd party one and install it myself.
Now last week bottom glass cover also broken, need to find replacement now.
Overall platic quality is low quality, 0 star, fragile.
Talking about good things:
Cooling is good, outside look is good
Overall I won’t suggest this model, and wrt service I think in Hyderabad whirlpool service is really bad.
