Worst product!!! I have used this product only 2 times when I was using 3rd time it stops working, I have charged it for 3-4 hr but it was not started.I called in Nova customer care but they don’t respose yet!

The trimmer is not working even after 5 hrs of charging. I did not get the pouch that is given to carry the kit inside the box. Thoroughly disappointed.

 Amazing product, if u charged 2-3 hrs it will works complete 45-60 minutes…. Dont think more… Buy it… Dont se others bad reviews…. Am using since 1 year

I give one star for three reasons…
1. I purchased with high amount and after placing order drastically it reduced the price ….
2.image could be deceptive..
3. In images shows that it can be used for head hair also ….so inspite of many high negative and positive feedbacks still I went for it..
When I used for head hair cut….it pulls hair badly and gives sharp pinch… It is not for head hair but only beard trimm…
So now you decide…

It is China product. I wish to return it but as it comes with no return policy, so I kept it to me.
Battery life is not good. Not a safe product to use. The blade edge are not round headed, for that it cuts soft skin many times. Don’t know how long it will run. Don’t buy China product. Manufacturing country should mention in description-Amazon should think about this. Better to stop selling China product.
