Ordered it as soon as the deal came. Awesome product using it since last 6 hours. Awesome sound, very compact, less weight.. must buy at this price.

The sound quality is average.
The neckband quality is poor, feels like plastic finish instead of a matte one.
When the product arrived, within 2-3 hours I was having issues with the microphone.
The voice was getting low suddenly when in a zoom/google meet meeting.
I ordered for a replacement product, when the new product arrived the microphone issue was resolved but after a day my right earpiece started making a crackling sound.
NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THE PRODUCT.
WON’T RECOMMEND IT.
Please don’t go with the pricing, instead invest some more amount and go for a better quality earphones.

In just 15 days the left side of the earphone stopped working and in-spite of numerous complaints customer service is not interpreted. This company is spoiling the ” MAKE IN INDIA ” name.
Hence due tow which customer eventually go to other brand as its their hard earned money and don’t want to waste.

This is my 2nd neckband, after using Boult audio proBass. Firstly the packaging was really cool. It’s an eye treat to view! The neckband is made of normal quality..nothing very premium..but the earbuds are of metal and sturdy. The music quality when paired with my phone was excellent and I got good coverage upto 10m range.. mic quality is very good for voice calls. Battery life is as they mentioned..able to last a full day..
I’m totally happy with this product being an average consumer. Mivi did a great job.

Build quality is cheap.
The wire from the neck band to the speaker is very weak and can be ruptured early.
Sound is below average.

Dual pairing no happening. Mic is of very low quality. Caller can’t hear my voice on mobile. Literally shouting, then they are able to hear my voice. When connected to desktop, for skype and teams calls, not able to hear anything from both end. Not satisfied with the product. Finally returning the product.
