Just bought the laptop 10days back, adopter is not working.. And service after sale is not at all good and very slow process. Not interested to buy a Asus product again

If you are someone who works around colors or computer graphics a lot, then it would be ideal for you to consider this laptop for the extraordinary display quality! I love Asus in general, and coming from an i5 7th gen, 2GB 940mx Asus R558uq laptop, it has been a worthy upgrade for me!
There are quite a few variants of this Laptop with i7, Ryzen 9, 3050ti. I chose this variant as it sits right under my budget and expected performance.
Ryzen 7 5800H Processor powered with rtx 3050 can handle most of the things you can imagine doing as a creator i.e Editing 4k Videos, Working with Adobe Creative Suite(comes with 3 months free creative cloud subscription), 3D animation, and rendering. That too is on high quality, beautiful 14 inches screen with a 1Million:1 contrast ratio and amazing color accuracy! So the possibilities of doing new things on this laptop are endless!
The laptop weighs only 1.40 kg and it is very easy to carry around, which makes it a perfect choice for office use. No fancy gimmicky RGB lights, very slick and tactical design, and the extended keyboard on the trackpad is pretty cool to use. The keyboard also comes with a backlight, there is a very slick privacy shield on the 720p webcam, a power button with a fingerprint scanner, the quality of the Harman/Kardon speakers is good and the ai-noise canceling microphone is very efficient in online meetings.
Fans are silent and sound is barely noticeable even if they are running at full speed. Another plus points are – it comes with activated windows 11, which does not seem to have any bugs and Microsoft office.
I played quite a few games on this laptop and most AAA titles like Elden Ring, God of war, Red Dead 2 will work at 1080p high-med settings between 40-60 fps. Streaming AAA titles at high settings will not be possible but games that are less CPU and GPU intensive can be streamed easily on 1080p highest settings.
Edit : After 4 and half months of use.
Quality of the 720p webcam is poor in low light. To workaround you can manually adjust exposure/color settings in different software like obs, etc. Or use a lamp nearby etc.
About Battery – I had not mentioned about the battery in the first review but there are no complaints. I get approximate 5-6hrs while browsing, listening music on battery saver mode. If I’m watching a movie or working on a software I get between 4-4.5 hrs. and these are rough estimates, I didn’t do a proper test.
It really depends on you use it, for best juice – use it on low brightness and battery saver mode, change display resolution to 1080p and close unnecessary apps.
Performance is smooth, never a single lag or freeze. Games run smooth and screen quality is god like. Your friends with 1.5lacs MacBook with a i5 processor will look stupid after they see this.
What I don’t like : speaker volume, webcam, arrow keys are short so, I find it difficult to navigate sometime and press the wrong key.

Value for money. Used it for 4 months no problems. Great for students.

The best display you can get in a laptop with dedicated graphics (for gaming, content creation) under 1.2 lakh.
The creative cloud subscription for 3 months is worth around 11k. Subtract that and you’re getting a 5800H RTX 3050 75W for 80K.
I can get an MSI or TUF laptop at same range with a RTX 3060, but with weaker processors like i5 11300H or i7 10750H. But this display is unparalleled. 600 nits brightness with HDR, more than double of the other two laptops.100% DCI P3 and 133% sRGB, whereas the other two are 62% sRGB. 2.8k vs 1k resolution. Only downside is the refresh rate of 90Hz.
If you’re only priority is gaming, and don’t care about screen quality, need a very high refresh rate panel, and play in a dark room, then this is not the best value for money.
But for creators, this is a goldmine.
Also comes with dual channel 8+8GB x8 RAM and a 1 TB nVme SSD, which is amazing.
