With this kind of price the quality of Hinges is pathetic broke in 2 months use.. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE FOR THIS. Despite being in warranty period, repair cost is to be borne by the purchaser as DELL refused to undertake it as manufacturing defect. So much for the Best selling brand acting so cheaply. AVOID buying or take accidental damage insurance (additional cost)

It’s a great looking laptop with a great configuration, light in weight but heavy on wallet.
Pros:
– Great performance
– Looks pretty cool, not like traditional office laptops. The pen also looks cool.
– Touch sensitivity is satisfactory, not great.
– It’s Dell, so expecting good long term quality and reliable service.
Cons:
– Costly. The non-touchscreen laptops with same configuration and bigger screen are much cheaper than this.
– Screen looks dull during day. It’s not bright enough. Also, like with any other touch screens, it glossy. You can see that in one image which is with full brightness.
Overall I am happy with the purchase. If you are ready to pay the price for a good reliable laptop for indoor use, go for it.
Also thanks to this sellor who offered a relatively good price. The laptop was received in nice unopened packaging.

The processor is great, and it comes with latest windows 11 and MS office 2021.
The touch is nice and responsive Along with fingerprint scanner. Sometimes it feels that the screen has a yellowish tint.. but the technical team said that it is by default and it comes from the manufacturer and its absolutely normal.
Battery life is also quite good… you can expect minimum 6 hrs with medium to light tasks.

God laptop, fast and secure delivery. Only front camera is not high quality. Otherwise it’s great. Even for 4k video editing using PREMIERE – works just fine.
