I like it work perfectly fine for at this price i would recommend it using jt for more than 3 month now not even single issue if someone recived it damage you always have a option to replace or return just by judging whole thing on that is just absurd well we are indian so thats common we want every penny vasule ig which is just absurd in my opinion

The media could not be loaded.
 Worst product and started screen flickering from day 2 and not getting proper after sales support problem still not fixed after multiple mails/calls.
Insitial they changed the WIFI card and later they were saying BIOS need to be updated and technician further saying there no BIOS update for the Windows 11 version.
They are asking me to Take back up of OS and re-install the same for nearly 4- 5 time in a month
I will not recommend the Lenovo product to my enemy too.

The media could not be loaded.
 The hard drive of the laptop stopped working after 2 days of purchasing this laptop. Amazon home services team has set up a repair guy to visit after 3
-4 days of the reported issue saying they can’t replace the item without inspection from service team.
As per home services team I need to install a software in laptop that will give full report of the issue to them, these people are so stupid they can’t understand i can’t start my laptop since there is issue with ssd preventing to turn on how will i install a software.

This is the best LAPTOP in the segment. Delivered one is having Touchpad Problem, So asked for replacement, after sending images of touchpad and talking to Amazon Support Replacement is accepted . The Replaced one is good and didn’t have any issues. Will update the review with Gaming performance.. Jus Tried wit Need for Speed The RUN. It is running … 🙂 didn’t throw any graphics not supported error…
[UPDATE-29-06-2022]: Onboard Graphics performance also really good. Played NFS The Run. Didn’t see any lag at all(Even ON Battery but Loading time little more when played on Battery Power). Graphics Processor is reaching max of 55% during playing and RAM is not filling at all.. Before start of the Game RAM used is 5.5GB out of 16GB during the play back usage is 6GB out of 16GB. I m surprised after seeing this, may be SSD is out performing…. 🙂 not giving chance to RAM to keep the data in line….. Happy with the Purchase.. have to see the durability….
For the people who is complaining about Warranty is 2 months less, There is a option in the corner where the warranty start date is showing you can click on the i symbol and register your product with actual purchase date. After 24 hrs your warranty will updated to 12months in Lenovo web site.. Pls find the attached image for more details on warranty.

MIL-STD device with i511th Genand and 16Gigs of onboard ram (Expandable up to 40GB) is incredible, Happy with the purchase and the seller.
I had issues while setting up MS Office for the first time, Contacting Lenovo didn’t help much, but the seller was very helpful by doing active follow-ups with Lenovo team to sort out the activation issue of MS office.

I purchased this laptop a year ago, and I can tell you it beats all the brands in the looks and durability. I am unsure if the laptop’s top cover is scratch-resistant, but my laptop doesn’t have a single scratch after a year.

The product had scratches on the screen top, smudges on the laptop screen out the box. The laptop had been registered for warranty 2 months ago, leaving with just 10 months of warranty.
Upon contact support, I have been told that investigation is opened and help shall be provided. Later I get email stating refund cannot be issued and not discussion on replacement. I have unboxed in front of camera and shared the video as proof despite of that there is no support from AZ.
It is our hard earned money we put and if we have issues whom we shall raise it with? The term delivery 7 days replacement mentioned on the product page is to fool people?
Pathetic experience, Lenovo like brand should not associate with such portals.
