Update: amazon managers refused to acknowledge that the technician confirmed there’s a heating issue with the device reaching 95°C in cpu intensive games like the Battlefield series and PuBg Pc

Update: reinstalled windows on new ssd which works better, reinstalled all drivers, reinstalled and used micron garbage in spare ssd slot. Stuck a croma table fan next to laptop.
After reinstalled and using better drivers, and table fan seeing better temps, still can’t play cpu intensive games.
The i7 11th gen is better buy that instead or the 17 inch version
Don’t get servify insurance – amazon outsources the technician work to them and they are extremely unhelpful.
Don’t buy laptop from Amazon if you are in maharashtra or lgbtiq or from a minority community coz the customer/tech support will hate you and treat you badly.
Buy from Vijay sales or flipkart instead
MSI need to put in more vents and allow user upgrades that don’t void the warranty (had to fix it because amazon refused both return and refund)
Asus allow user upgrades within warranty but have some crap i5/i7 with fewer cores so check the model (avoid the intel 113xx series like plague)
The msi gf63 is a good option with i5 11400 and 3050 but has a low tdp rating

This item is quality less 😠the pc was running very very very slow 👎I am also not play games in this pc🤛 because this pc is not supporting to game.Also this pc is not useful for software development purpose.My opinion

The first item I received had a touchpad issue and amazon replaced it with another one which doesn’t have any issue. Let’s come to the pros and cons of this laptop.
Pros:
1. You can play all latest games. I’ve tested GTA V, God of war, uncharted 4, Red dead 2, AC Valhalla.
2. Display is good
3. Touchpad is smooth
4. Battery backup is good
5. i5 12th gen provides excellent performance. If you’re confused between i5 12th gen and i7 11th gen, you can go for i5 12th gen as you can get similar performance at a lower price.
Cons:
1. Speaker is bit low. You can use Nahimic app to raise the volume a bit higher or use headphones.
2. Heating issue is there while playing games. But it’s expected considering it is a gaming laptop with rtx 3060. Cooling pad is must (I bought winplus cooling pad with 6 fans which is quite powerful and sturdy).
Overall, this laptop is a bang for the buck.

It comes with a rtx 3060 which at this price point is a great deal….initially I thought the gpu runs at 85 w TDP but after checking properly it’s runs at 105 w TDP which helps run any modern AAA games at 70-120 fps ultra settings……ok and apart from gaming you can easily program ,do office work,edit 4k video etc…it also has pcie gen4 ssd which is really fast for transferring files…..the display of this laptop is average it has 144 hz full hd panel with 350 nits brightness….the only downside about this laptop for me is the battery life.with normal usage like programming or watching YouTube it completely drains out within 2 hrs….And one more thing I would like to mention is that ,it comes with a 16 A charging adapter for the 240 W charger.

I have been using this laptop since december 2022, and I am satisfied with it but there is 1 major con which can be my system issue only. Lately I have been hearing a lot of crackling sound from the speaker when on higher volume. May be drivers need an upgrade or something. In the worst case it needs a warranty service.
But it has been doing the job its supposed to do very efficiently – play games.
Dont go for it if you want good speakers. Sound is too low and voice starts to crackle on high volume usage.
