I bought this as a student and am completely satisfied, anti-glare display is amazing, camera is like the one every other laptop has….good enough for video calls and the backlit keyboard + the ease in typing & noiseless. The laptop top is beautiful…mine is carbon grey. Used the laptop for 5hrs approx. , read pdfs, created a ppt and also 2 youtube videos in between……..still 25% charge left. So, best choice for students if you are going for something affordable and still, great features.

Battery – I’d say good enough for normal users, easily 5-6hrs & charging is fast, 80% in 1hr.
Keyboard – Fair enough, backlit is a plus.
Boot time less than 10s with 512gb nvme ssd. There is no extra slots for ram or ssd. But you can increase ram upto 32gb by replacing the 8gb stick & ssd upto 2tb. Hope this helps.

Screen & brightness – 4.5/5 great.
Build & look – 4.5/5 classy, thin, light weight & sturdy. Aluminium casing is only on keyboard side, back is plastic.
Sound – 4/5 loud enough for me, clear & crisp.
Camera – 3/5 pretty basic like other laptops in this zone, will do the job in case of video calls, but don’t expect much.

Edit:- After few days of use, I’m satisfied with this laptop. Only issue I’m facing is when using with charger plugged in, i get little electric shock, electric tester confirms the power leakage in the sides of aluminum casing. Reason might be my power socket or the adapter is faulty or loose wire inside the laptop touching the aluminum. This is common with laptops which use metal casing & pretty much solvable just by googling a bit. Also keep in mind that like most of the msi laptops with this hinge design are prone to break in few months if handled a little bit rough. It’s a design flaw.
