The amazfot bip 3 watch is very good there are some point that u should keep in mind before buying it .
1. Watch has multiple features like 60+ modes, heart rate measure , SpO² , mensuration cycle tracking, sleep analysis, and many other as given above.
2. Quality is pretty good the only draw back I feel was the strap it may leads to rashes and sweat on wrist. For this i have to switch the watch on other hand very after 2 days then it’s fine.
3. Features like heart rate and spO2 is accurate but sleep might not be accurate. It works weirdly.
4. All features works very good only when the zepp app is running in background of your smartphone.
5. You will not be able to OTP of MSG received on phone if ur phone is locked . Music touch has a lag of 1-2 sec.
6. No calling No quick reply
7. Charging is very quick but limited face only
8. 4/5 is good . 3000₹ is best for it in sale .

I’m getting a good 3-4 days of battery life with a 10 minute heart rate monitoring interval. Strap is a bit uncomfortable for sustained use. Can’t expect more at this price range, i guess. Does the job, It’s an okish product so far.
