Lovely TV, too soon for a review since it was delivered and installed only yesterday but for price 4kUHD is awesome. To get it installed sooner what I did was raised request calling TCL customer care telling them it’s delivered and need installation hence the sooner install else not sure how long it will take .I own a Sony TV and I always tend to compare which I shouldn’t the quality is not comparable Sony is much better both clarity and sound, but you know when you buy a low cost TV you always tell yourself for this price point this is what will get 😶🌫️

TV is working fine. Good value for money. Ifflacon U62 is the model. Delivery was on time.
The delivery people are arrogant when talking to the Ladies. They do not Open the box and show up till we are getting involved. “Open box” delivery they are least bothered to adhere to.
Further, the Installation is handled by local unprofessional type people. They do not have any customer service attitude. They are all money minded and asking for the amount to visit for the installation.
Thus, I only managed to Install and send them photos for the warranty and maybe for their claim from the Company.
It would be better if the company change such people before they totally ruin the Image of the TV company and even Amazon.
All the new customers are cautioned about this. This is happening in Bengaluru. I don’t know how it is in all the other places.

The sound quality is not as expected or low as per previous model

The media could not be loaded.
I brought 58 inch variant (at 31k) and its pretty decent, comparing to the price nice 4K quality and its worth for money.
if you are expecting Dolby vision and HDR 10 + then it’s not for you.
Picture quality not so great but you won’t regret, after using one week I didn’t feel any lag in the software or operating system, remote also working fine. Audio is quite good better to use soundbar or a sound system
I have not used the cable TV so I can’t tell the experience of the cable TV
