We bought this brand new TV like everybody else with a lot of trust on Sony brand, but our happiness did not lost longer, we bought brand new Sony Bravia 43 inches 4k 2021 model TV through amazon online portal with order date: 26-07-2021, TV delivered on 27-07-2021, after few days of installation we started facing display problem on the TV, when we start the TV it does not display the picture even after a while, technician arrived after few weeks of raising complaint he told us to use a stabilizer, so per his recommendation we bought a stabilizer of reputed brand and started using the stabilizer but even after that the problem still persists. Also couple of days back we started seeing severe distortion in the picture when we started the TV, again we called sony customer care and authorized service center technician checked the issue and he told us there is some issue in the picture tube or some other issue.I bought the TV for Rs 54,990/- including GST which is way too higher than competitor brands, however the quality is worst in the market.Today we started facing another issue when we started facing audio issue on the TV video is played without sound. I had a lot of trust on Sony product quality but now after buying the TV I lost all of that.Since I am facing multiple problems with the TV just after few days of buying, I requested Sony to to replace my defective product with the better one, however I did not receive any response for any of my email complaints.

Product has been delivered at lightening speed. Amazon has good service. However installation is taking up time here in Kolkata. Yet to receive a call from Sony for installation. Installation might take time in this situation but a call from the brand in the form of assurance from a brand like Sony is much expected.
Editing my review for the product. The screen resolution is impeccable. Awesome! Very happy with the TV. Sound is great too. The installation was delayed but smooth.

Amazon delivered the TV by Afternoon and installation was done on Evening. Technicians done their work properly and explained all things without any hurry. Everything about the TV is awesome be it display or sound. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

An honest review without any bias:
This is a brilliant Google TV by Sony. Color reproduction is fantastic. Watching 4K content on this, is a treat to the eyes. Motion blur processing is excellent, thanks to the processor. Butter smooth with HDR and 4K videos. Never lags. With Google TV, the UI experience is all good and fluid. I was thinking of getting a new sound bar. But, that is not needed anymore, as the audio output is really good. I barely go above 20% of volume. Because, it’s LOUD!
Got the product delivery the next day and the installation was done on the same day evening. The Sony technician was courteous. But, rushed big time. He completed everything in 10 mins (table-top installation) and took off. Didn’t bother much to explain things. But, that’s alright. We all can figure out things by ourselves. Noticed couple of bugs as well.
Gaming experience has been fine so far as well. I use RedGear Pro series wireless gamepad (wanted to mention this, as loads of customers have this question of compatibility between this TV and the gamepad). It works flawlessly.
One less star in rating because of the size of remote control and TV design. The frame could have been narrow if not bezel-less. In this price range, people would look for bezel-less display and premium-looking television. Say, silver finish to the bottom and stand with bezel-less added to this TV, this could have been a beast and a total show stealer. If you are interested, visit a retail store and check out this excellent piece by Sony. You will not be disappointed. I will update the review, as I explore the TV more in the coming weeks. Got my TV delivered and brand installation done on same day without any hassle. Installation technician was very quick in explaining and installing.
My rating is based on first day which is 5 *
Guess why that’s awesome 55 inch giant looks good with picture and sound crystal clear.
Watched few mins on Netflix and that brings you to the theatre in-front of you. Marvelous features need to explore more and identify few.
I will keep you posted new updates if any. For now buy it.
