 It’s a value of money. Superb sound and picture quality as on now. It’s our first day,so lets see how it works.

Automatically tuning off and on, not worth of the money spent.. it seems Amazon is selling faulty items at discounted price.
After talking to Amazon support understood that it takes 2 days to send the technician to visit to inspect the tv, after that no idea when the item will be replaced and will get a new tv. Too much waiting period

Display and sound quality is excellent
Earlier I was using Samsung smart tv but the display quality was not that good as compared to Sony.
Cons –
1. It can not connect with Bluetooth home theater instead only low power Bluetooth devices like bluetooth headphones etc. you can connect.
2. It does not support screen mirroring without internet or wifi and only support Chromecast. In Samsung smart tv I was able to share screen without wifi internet.
3. Price is too high

if you want excellent picture quality without any gimmick, and you can spend little more than any other TV’s available 32 Inch, then this TV is for you, i don’t think any other 32 Inch TV come closer to this TV excellent picture quality Deep black level, and as this is a LED TV you can’t expect boom sound but it’s loud and clear, and you can always trust brand like sony for TV’s ie. from personal experience, and last but not in list it’s Sony with Android OS in TV’s and it’s under 32k.
update-:: some person saying in there review we can’t install third party apps can’t use screen mirroring can’t use Chromecast, but i can surely say that its has screen mirroring you have to use Google home app, it has Chromecast work without any issues don’t need any app, and we can install third party apps I’m my self have installed, so ignore those review they either don’t know how to use screen mirroring and don’t know how Chromecast work’s and don’t know how to install third party apps on TV

Tv is having android 10 out of the box.Sound is good.Picture quality is also good.U can’t download apple tv app on this tv.The installation person is too friendly and given full demo of the tv.

I got the TV delivered on a Sunday and the technician was prompt to arrive on Monday. Said Sundays are holidays otherwise would have come in few hours post delivery.
-Sony provided wall mount (small, but effective) for free. Installation was done very well, with all my minor adjustment and request taken care of. The technician did rechecks all over and asked me to confirm and see TV and to request any height adjustment if I want.
-He demoed the important features, the advanced one. Skipped the basic things as am sure he assumed everyone knows their way around Android and basic TV remote.

Coming to TV, it has everything I expected. Good Video quality – Standard settings itself seemed good to me, havent tinkered around yet. Its an 720p panel, but its a pretty good one., hard to say it is 720p. Plays videos of all resolutions, but youtube wont let you switch more than 1080p. Good Audio Quality – Very good audio so far, bright and surrounds the room well albeit without bass.
Good software- Came with Android 10, immediately got a notification for update. TV was updated to Android TV 11 in around 5 minutes. Connected to Alexa, though you need to sign in to Sony to make the connection and adding Sony TV skills to Alexa. Named my TV (from Settings in TV) to just ‘TV’ to ease communication with Alexa. Google assistant also works well, tried only from remote.
The only con is it is expensive, way expensive. Value for this price should be max 20-21k. There are similar TVs available at half the price. Amazon provided a good exchange value for my old TV (and the exchange was smooth as well), so it did lessen the cost a little bit for me. Buy only when you get good offers and in sales.
Also, please note the panel is 50Hz when TVs in 15k are providing 60Hz panel. I dont know the difference, as I only stream and watch sports, but people might care if they are into FPS gaming.
