Cooling is fast and excellent.
Noise is almost negligent, however, the outdoor unit has some noise.
Installation was fast and importantly tidy.

Its only a Good brand but no proper communication nor proper installation
Moreover , required important parts are not given

I had to arrange another person for Installation,also purchased the copper wire and other small things

Awesome product from blue star…no issue till now (going to complete 5 months). Awesome installation by free of cost with 4 free service…room 12×12 room cooling within 3 minutes with awesome features…power consumption is also normal….Over all thanks to blue star and Amazon for giving on time delivery!!!

Nice product. But surely it seems all these companies could do better with installation teams. They are rude, disorganised and an absolute 0 on customer services. But then all these companies outsource to the same guys in an area, so not really a blue star issue but seems like an overall cultural issue of Indians not being used to providing or receiving respect.

1.2 5 T is not very common , but this one from Bluestar is outstanding. Noiseless it delivers cool air Seamlessly. Amazon delivered this in 2 days Despite being in rural area the Blue star booked installation without wasting a day. overall experience in very pleasant and I am happy about this experience. The only hitch I faced was locating the capacity. No where it is mentioned.

Satisfied with the way it cools the room within a short span of time(say within 2-3minutes) works silently however sometimes makes small noices but nothing to get worried about as the voice arises just because of contraction of inner parts while cooling.
It would b great if it was supposed to be even bigger in size just like other company ACs.but ok
