This product is good at it’s price point with ton of features but changing the air direction is manually operated which I feel it can be automatic

Recieved the model manufactured & imported in Oct 2021(made in Thailand), Installation was hassle free but Amazon delivery was a little bit disapointment- In description you can see that Amazon will send 2 delivery person who put the item at you desired place but Only one person is willing to co-operate with you, other person who was driver didn’t even touch the AC for unloading from vehicle! I myself climb on the first floor with one delivery agent to put the AC (thank God I only live on First floor!) For the time being starting with 4 star rating, if performance would be good in peak summer then will increase the rating to 5.
Let’s start with Cons-
*Cooling Capacity is less- only 4700 watt (Normal electricity consumption is 1660 watt at 7.5 AMP which can go max 1800 watt at 8 Amp. As per written on box), in same segment other AC provides 5000 watts cooling min.
*No no back side grill to protect condenser fins, some fins got deformed/dent in transportation
*Quality of remote is very good but very limited functions available, no auto swing, no turbo or power mode, no energy saver mode, doesn’t have clock like other AC’remote.
*No Auto swing, you have to manually adjust the air direction (although it doesn’t matter to me that much)
Now Pros-
*AC looks beautiful & classy
*Dual inverter compressor- Starting of AC is so smooth & noiseless that you don’t even know for 20-25 sec that AC has been started!
*There are hardly any noise like other window AC, operates like split AC.
*Light weight & small than other AC in same segment (not sure if it’s a pros or con)
*Got a sms and call same day as delivery for installation
*Confirmed with customer care 5 yrs. Warranty on PCB & 10 yrs. on compressor although they try to sell you 1 yr. Extra comprehensive warranty which will cost around 2800 rs. Extra
* In the box you will receive good quality extra foam to seal the sides of AC on window during installation.
*Top side cool air dispenser & there is clean air filter indicator which indicates you to when air filter needs to be clean
*4 in 1 covertible AC- you can operate at 100, 80, 60 & 40% capacity as per you requirement (I think that’s why they haven’t provide turbo & energy saver mode separately)
*Top side Air discharge- I have installed AC at 2 feet height from floor (recommended height is 3-4 feet) so I’m getting cool air discharge at height of 4 feet which kind of perfect for sleeping position!
*Modes available are Cool, Dry, Fan, Convertible.

Newly launched model. Will revert peak summer performance in detail. Very much liked the design of Air flow as similar to a split Ac and not the conventional window Ac. 4 in 1 mode assists in reducing the Ac load to 80/60/40 % of peak power. Silent than the fan !!!

One important feature is you can manually set it to run on 1 ton, 1.25 ton or 1.5 ton. By this electricity can be saved. Cheers

This AC come with good packing, good quality of material and good service of installation done. I am happy with the price I paid and product. But I am quite disappointed with the LG adopted the top side air vent design. if room’s your window on height then these vent makes cool air to flow at the top, that mean you cant adjust properly and target cool air directing to ur bed. That top side air vent flow make 2-3 degrees difference of temperate between your bed and other area where the cool air having direct hit. thus you need to run AC 2-3 degrees low temp of your desired temperature requirement. that will eat up to your electric bill extra. The design of this window AC is modern as compared to other Window AC. The noise level is very low and at the same time it is very energy efficient.
