I have used this for one year and now writing my review
Pros-
Fan is good.
Energy consumption is low and air flow is very good.
Cons-
Sensor of this fan got failed so it took almost 2week to be repaired by Crompton customer care shop.
If this time is much for you then buy it from local vendor and if product fails then ask him to issue the tag so you can return your fan in 5 year period and can get a new one.

firstly I purchase this from amazon but the fan is not moving in 20 days due to amazon policy
amazon is not doing anything about this. but, Crompton’s service is not so good because it can take 25 days to replace my fan(because they do not find what the problem is) then after 25 days they give me a new fan
but overall
Amazon’s delivery speed: is superb I received it from amazon in 2 days(but Crompton greaves delivered me in 25 days 🙁 …)
fans’ speed and quality are also good.
the fan is also power-saving as it says that it is an energy-efficient BLDC fan

The remote was discharging battery in 24 hrs. Lost 2 sets before I called local Crompton Greaves support who promptly changed remote. The technical guy also tightened the fan a bit so now running fine with little noise.
