I have been buying the products of this brand since past few years. But it is a unique and unpleasant experience on this occasion. The mixer grinder body developed cracks and has broken to several pieces (at the base), much to my surprise. Despite using the product delicately, this was least expected. This is my experience. Just thought of sharing for probable buyers.

The media could not be loaded.
 The product quality is really third class. Within a month of very less usage(every second day or so) the plastic bottom has cracked. The return window closed in 10 days so cannot return this garbage. Don’t buy fellows,you will regret it.

Costed 1500/-, nearest branded was bajaj 2100/-, for 600/- less quality seems to be ok.
Masala jar rotating by holding the bottom coupling made it wobble.
I think there is some eccentricity. Doubtful if the jar will last long.
The built was a little filmsy. Will update the review after few month usage.

Thought of Inalsa to be a company of some standards. But within 40 days of use of grinder mixer, the speed nob lost its hooks and became loose. Now the nob moves in all directions and all the locks have come out of their slots. And there is no after sales service of the product. Neither its website is working nor its customer care number. Hopeless
